GA admits that within 3 feet of car he smelled strong odor - smelled same thing some years prior - thought that went through his mind " smell when you smell it it is distinct you never forget it" Because I hadn;t seen daughter and granddaughter for some time I had some worry that it might be them.

Odor from past was odor of human corpse

Correction, no eye contact- from George. Casey is looking above the monitor and staring directly at him. Her eyes shift from him to JA and the monitor they can watch the witnesses/evidence on but she is mainly staring him down.

Why doesn't George just admit that he could have thought that Casey ran out of gas due to having no money, and that was the reason the car was left at Amscot. After all, she vandalized his storage shed and stole his gasoline not long before that.
