What a crap question. USPS may send mail to another CITY for processing even if address is in same city, based on zip sorting, SCFs, BMCs, etc. GA not remotely equipped to answer that. JB is a moron.

I'm just going to follow along here and watch on mute. I can't take Baez's voice or the tone he takes while questioning. It makes my stomach turn.

I would need heavy sedation if I were being grilled by Baez like this...

JB is going to insinuate that GA found this many days prior??? WTF would it even matter

  • #866
I get GA not noticing the notice....I do the same thing

  • #867
JB how long did it take to get your foreclosure notice in the mail??

Not trying to be snarky....but seriously....is GA a member of the USPS. I get mail from another State in 2 days...and local mail can be up to 4. There is no national standard.

Certified mail is an even bigger variable.

Is he gonna say that GA planted that letter there????

  • #869
ridiculous question about the mail!
It isn't delivered byy pony express.
If I mail a letter to my neighbor - it goes 25+ miles to the main post office and then back to the house next door

I just bit my tongue so hard that it is bleeding. Baez is being SO snarky with George right now that it is infuriating.

  • #871
It's not a letter..it's a small Notice...Baez

  • #872
He acts as though them getting the notice sooner and retrieving the car sooner would have changed things for Caylee.

  • #873
I have had letters stuck to our front door for days unseen as well. We use our garage door all of the time. Even friends come in that way by the driveway.

JB is trying to make it an evil thing that it was unnoticed.

So George.... how long would it take a train to reach Newark if I were to comb my hair on Tuesday.

"I have no control over what time the mail is delivered" LOVE IT!

So here we are on Friday of week one of the trial, and today I have been trying to put myself in the place of the jurors, and wonder how they are processing all this information. Since we have all the minutia in our heads, it is hard for me to sift through what might be meaningful. I can not help but believe that the procession of all those young folks yesterday, hearing what they were experiencing when Caylee was with them and after she was gone, that Casey just went on her merry way, and they get a massive text message that her daughter had been missing for 31 days. That was the extent of the effort she put forth to find her daughter.( though she knew all the time that she was bagged up dead in the woods at the end of the street.) Also the combative way JB goes after George, who plainly is suffering.

Has anyone else been thinking about this?

That big calendar will be front and center during the defense's closing arguments.

Shortly after that, Baez will put it up on eBay.

  • #879
I know I've said it before, but JB's arrogance is REALLY irritating. I wonder if the jury feels the same way?

You can do it George, you can do it!!
