I live in Phila suburbs. Our mail is directed to a mail distrobution center in Philadelphia PRIOR to hitting our local post offices. Mail gets lost ALL THE TIME. A letter to my neighbor could take a week.

Not trying to be snarky....but seriously....is GA a member of the USPS. I get mail from another State in 2 days...and local mail can be up to 4. There is no national standard.

Certified mail is an even bigger variable.

This isn't failure to deliver... they did NOT see this notice! I've gone days and over a week without noticing FedEx or UPS notices taped to my sidelights next to my front door! And BTW JB... the notice wasn't as big as your ridiculous calendar!
