How did George know that the car had been at Amscot 3 days?

It was in the registered letter they received
It stated the location and date when the car was towed

Ya know........I gotta say, he should have put 2+2 together and called LE.

Yes, I believe he should have called. There's still plenty to find ICA guilty of murder. Would rather he state the truth, as I believe he is doing---whether I like his answers or not, whether it fits into my view of the world and her guilt, than to BS or lie on the stand. He's remaining calm. Good witness. Not emotional. Not defensive.

Went to retrieve garbage back after seeing A's on tv. Ran out of house and jumped in dumpster, then called LE. Bless his heart!

He's trying to say that Orange County officers made him lie about smelling human decomposition. Yeah, everyone was out to frame Casey!! :banghead: I have never in my life seen a case where the parents, friends, police, FBI, Medical examiners, forensic experts, State Attorney's, etc... are all framing one young woman from Hopespring Drive.

BBM... JB really did spend WAY too much time cutting law school classes watching the OJ trial and he's convinced himself he's got a beloved celebrity here that he's trying to get an acquittal for. Yo Jose... ICA is NOT important AT ALL!

SB jumped in the dumpster and dug around to see if the bag was still there once he realized it might be evidence.

I would hire this guy.

I knew they were going to blame him for not calling LE

I agree .. I knew they were going to blame this nice man ... it is infuriating !

MOO MOO and MOO...

I am glad he did NOT call LE -- because it put ICA's car right back there at Hope Spring Drive -- right where ICA murdered Caylee !

If he would have called LE, they would have tried to "pin it" on him ... so I am glad the car was "returned" back to the A's.

MOO

Hi WS friends!!!

I've been in a panic! Been without internet & phone since yesterday! *faint* lol

I just wanted to say that Simon Burch is a wonderful witness!!!! I think his testimony is a HUGE score for the State!!!!

God bless him...he jumped into a Garbage Dumpster to retrieve the garbage bag from the car

This man jumped in a dumpster concerned about evidence....

JB however can't be bothered with such trivial and dirty matters.

In 25 years we've had three vehicles stolen.
Once the vehicles were found, all three times we were notified where we could go to pick up the vehicle.
All three times we had no idea how we would find the vehicle, if it was totaled or even drivable.
All three times we automatically took jumper cables and a gas can full of gas!
Just seemed like a no-brainer to us......common sense kinda thing.
So what's the big deal that George took a gas can with him? *scratches head*

LDB getting in to the jury that Simon did call the police when things clicked for him after he saw the Anthony's on TV the next morning.

Oh Boy! The big Calendar!

IIRC, when he called police to say the bag was there but he now couldn't find it, the police said they already had it.

  • #377
Once the bag left the car did the smell follow the bag

It didn't appear to

  • #378
