I'm hoping to hear GA mention that Caylee's carseat was still inside the vehicle so, how was ICA as a "good" mother keeping her child restrained while driving her around during those days that the vehicle was impounded?

Oh, that's right...by then, ICA had already tossed her baby away so, she had no need for Caylee to be safe & secure anymore! :(

great point I might add if Caylee died in an accident how in the world could she drive around with her car-seat? I'm sure I couldn't it would be way too painful

My apologies in advance if this question has already been answered.
I did a search for "Car Seat" and got way too many pages to narrow it down.

Question:
Do the Anthonys have the Car back in their possession?
If not, does anyone know if there are any links to show what happened to the car?
Does anyone know if the car would still smell of decomp after all this time?

Thank you!

They will probably never get that car back. It is evidence even when trial is over they will have to keep for appeals.

Casey talking a lot with attorneys. The smell of death from Caylee, her car seat, and the death mobile have zero affect on her.

MOTY.:hand:

IMO

Last night I was reading the 12-10-08, Cindy & George on Larry King Thread (they happened to appear on LK the night before Caylee's remains were found).

On that show, George had backpedaled, saying that the odor was definitely the smell of rotten pizza.

So relieved to hear George tell the truth today.

Yup. He's been protecting Cindy all this time, IMO. God bless him. He's always been honest with LE

A little off topic. Kind of subjecting the posts about GA not stating the total truth.
Am I mistaken that when they interviewed Anne Holloway (I think that was her name, correct me if I'm wrong) when she said that it was an 'accident that snowballed out of control" She said that he (GA) threw KC against the wall and yelled 'you murdered her didn't you!?' or something along those lines. And also, didn't she state that it was an accident that KC let snowball out of control? Not GA? When JB did his opening statements, he forgot to mention the fact that AH said KC let the accident snowball. Sorry if I'm wrong about all this and I would appreciate ANY feedback.

LE still has the car, the trunk has been sliced up for processing and yes LE says the car still does smell after all of this time.

I feel like the image of ICA's black high heels laying next to the empty carseat of Caylee speaks volumes...volumes!

WBDO saying GA seems to be making amends with the prosecution.

I say no it's for Caylee

Personally I will only use my husband's name to family or close friends, otherwise refer to him as "my husband".

I do the same.

It's heartbreaking to watch GA sit there. So emotional, so raw. And kc's just icy cold as ever.
I agree. No matter what the smell "really" was, seeing my father on the stand like that, in anguish, would evoke an empathic response from me, and I dare say, anyone else who isn't a sociopath.

Right now I'm having a huge difficulty concentrating on what is going on in the courtroom because the fact that George knew that the car had been sitting at Amscot for three days hasn't been explained. Even when they called George he didn't mention anything about calling Amscot before they went to Johnson's to pick up the car.

If your daughter accidentally drowned, would you want that in your back seat as a constant reminder that she isn't alive anymore? She makes me :maddening:

Would this be a mute point because she ditched the car?

Yes, I think we all are.

Is she heavily sedated? Or is she a true sociopath? I mean, I can't even talk about taking my dog to be put to sleep without crying and it has been a long time. My dad is dead, but if I saw him talking like this and crying, it would break my heart. (and he was a violent alcoholic, so we were no Walton family)

She seems to have no affect and no emotion at all. It is fascinating. I hope that we get the whole, real story at some point so we can puzzle out what is going on with her.

I believe she has Anti-Social Personality Disorder (sociopath) and quite possibly Narcissistic Personality Disorder as well. These people are all tools to her. Every last one.

ICA livid talking to CM - then camera shuts off.
I believe she is telling them to crush GA on cross exam, she is that cruel

.

I don't know if he was protecting Cindy, or himself. He had to live with her and that was her reality.

I agree. GA says he saw the date that car was towed, but how did he know it was at Amscot for 3 days before being towed. Unless he was confusing himself. Would be interesting to hear his response to that.

I truly believe when this first came out the LE interviews he was fairly truthful if not totally....it was after CA started losing the weight and all--he waivered...think in part to keep the peace of what was left ---- Thank God he stopped drinking the koolaide...just don't know if I can take another grilling by jb.....just don't like how he conducts these things....Caylee is the only victim....
If what his therory happened---his client should have called.....

The straps on the carseat look rather low for a toddler don't they?

Thought the same thing. They are too low, and Caylee looked like she was taller than average.

Did anyone else notice the muddy dirt on the high heels in the back of the car?

Looks to me like shoes that were worn while walking in wet, muddy, Florida type soil. The dirt is not only on the heels but along the side of the shoes.

Why would they want the car back ?
