WBDO saying GA seems to be making amends with the prosecution.

I say no it's for Caylee

OMG I 100% agree.

The fact is, they are giving him respect, and just as he told Baez on the stand, if you give me respect, I'll give it back.

He doesn't like the prosecution what so ever, they are trying to send his daughter to death row.

At this point, I feel wonderful in saying that George Anthony is there for his grand daughter Caylee :)

Actually, the straps should be slightly lower than the shoulders, coming up and over the shoulders.

No, not if they are forward facing. Sorry - going to sneak in a PSA about safe buckling. Please make sure your kids and grandkids are buckled up safely.

Tip 5. Using harness slots

Your child car safety seat's harness straps must be positioned correctly by ensuring they pass through the correct slots.

* Rear-facing child car safety seat harness straps should sit at or below the child's shoulders.
* Forward-facing child car safety seat harness straps should sit at or above the child's shoulders.

Did anyone else notice the muddy dirt on the high heels in the back of the car?

Looks to me like shoes that were worn while walking in wet, muddy, Florida type soil. The dirt is not only on the heels but along the side of the shoes.

Looked like a reflection to me.

ITA as GA nearly did, and me too....and caylee wasnt my baby.

Isn't she though? Doesn't she belong to all of us now?

Although I should add, I get what you are saying and agree.

It's heartbreaking to watch GA sit there. So emotional, so raw. And kc's just icy cold as ever.

Sad George is much harder to watch than angry George. Every time the smell is mentioned he seems to go right back to that tow yard in his mind, "Please don't let that be my Caylee." He is devastated since accepting that truth...

Yet ICA has ice water running through her veins.

I HATE to be one of those people that says "I just came in, can you tell me what I missed?" hahaa, but I have to.

Did... did I hear Jose admit there was a body in the trunk? During his cross of Simon when he said you knew there was evidence of a homicide and you didn't call police? Was he admitting there was decomp in the trunk? It was the way he phrased it. And then they showed Cindy with this shocked look on her face and George shushing her.

They will probably never get that car back. It is evidence even when trial is over they will have to keep for appeals.

They would not want that car or car seat back.

They will never be able to remove the smell of decomposition from it. Most likely, the insurance company will total it out as it is unsalvagable in its present condition.

My sister committed suicide in her car. Her body was not found for 9 days, after sitting in the August Missouri heat. The insurance company totalled the car.

great point I might add if Caylee died in an accident how in world could she drive around with her car-seat? I'm sure I couldn't it would be way too painful

Lord knows she was around enough dumpsters....

Would this be a mute point because she ditched the car?

No because JB's opening statement was she said Caylee died on June 16th, yet she continued to drive that car all around Orlando to her boyfriends, friends houses, stores, clubs, parties, etc... with her dead babies car seat still in the back seat until she herself ditched the car at Amscot on June 27th. 11 days looking at the car seat? Remembering holding her dead baby in her arms? She kept that car seat there to keep her story up that her baby was with imaginanny, and not dead from her own cold evil hands. MOO

I agree. GA says he saw the date that car was towed, but how did he know it was at Amscot for 3 days before being towed. Unless he was confusing himself. Would be interesting to hear his response to that.

When GA/CA got to the tow yard they were irate at the delay in notifying them. Simon Birch explained to them it was towed after 3days at Amscot, and that on the third day in their yard their computer system generates a letter to the current owner. The delay after that was due to 4th July holiday No mail, then the notice of certified letter waiting for them was attached to their front door which they never use...

Right now I'm having a huge difficulty concentrating on what is going on in the courtroom because the fact that George knew that the car had been sitting at Amscot for three days hasn't been explained. Even when they called George he didn't mention anything about calling Amscot before they went to Johnson's to pick up the car.

He only found out that the car had been there that long because he got the letter on the 15th of July that stated when the car had been towed he did not know before then - and I don't think anyone ever called them - that's why he was mad

No, he said the car was at towing yard for 3 days before the letter went out.

Dang, so much evidence CA removed and washed from the car. The jurors will never know.

Interesting that George always says 'my wife' he does not use her name.

When my hubby talks about me he also says wife. When he introduces me to someone he calls me his bride, and we've been married for 35 years.

Thank you! I can breathe a sigh of relief now. That three days was irking me something awful.

In re-cross with SB it was explained that the letter from the towing co sent to the owners of towed vehicles state WHERE the vehicle was towed from, is my understanding.

I can remember that somewhere along the line it was mentioned that it was policy for Amscott to wait that long to call a tow company on abandoned vehicles. With all the questioning at the tow yard, I am sure when the report was made that there was an abandoned vehicle, someone wrote down that it had been there for 3 days and someone at the tow yard relayed that information to George and Cindy.
