I truly believe when this first came out the LE interviews he was fairly truthful if not totally....it was after CA started losing the weight and all--he waivered...think in part to keep the peace of what was left ---- Thank God he stopped drinking the koolaide...just don't know if I can take another grilling by jb.....just don't like how he conducts these things....Caylee is the only victim....
If what his therory happened---his client should have called.....

In the very beginning, George told Yuri M during an interview that it would kill his wife if something happened to the baby.

Ugh....My granddaughter is sound asleep on the couch next to me. She was asleep with her mouth open and it freaked the bejeezus out of me. I jump 10 feet in the air and scrambled to rearrange her so she was sleeping in a different position. I don't ever want to see that look again!!!! She is 2 going on three. When GA/CA got to the tow yard they were irate at the delay in notifying them. Simon Birch explained to them it was towed after 3days at Amscot,

Ok so Simon testified to that today and George was just repeating what Simon had said. I was up and down a bit during that time and someone posted that George found out from Amscot that it was there for three days but I didn't hear George back that part up nor did I hear it from the Amscot employee.

I have a similar Eddie Bauer car seat and as they grow the shoulder area just goes up and over their shoulders. When they first get into that size it seems too high hitting across closer to their face. The front piece you can slide up or down to fit snug. Then pull the strap at the crotch area to lengthen or shorten once they are in to make it a safe ride.

ICA and JB looked like they were arguing again at the start of this recess. JB finally walked off and DS looked like she was saying something with a LOT of emphasis, shaking her hand as she talked into ICA's ear. ICA did not look at her Dad as he walked out.

no she ditched the car June 30th she drove it for 2 weeks with Caylee's car-seat in the back seat

Ditched it June 27 - Amscott waits 3 days to tow - Amscott had it towed 6/30

I agree. GA says he saw the date that car was towed, but how did he know it was at Amscot for 3 days before being towed. Unless he was confusing himself. Would be interesting to hear his response to that.

The Amscot address was on the notice - IIRC he called Amscot and found out about their three day tow policy. I believe this came up in an interview or depo - so hard to remember all these details after 3 years. :waitasec:

Um the car seat could not have been in there the entire time do to her friends that were in her car.

Not necessarily... as I stated before I had a Sunfire identical to ICA's with a car seat permanently seat belted in, and one booster. I fit two friends in the back seat very easily with just putting the booster in the trunk. I never removed the seat belt from the convertible seat and took the seat out because it was such a pain in the butt!

Why would she remove the seat for her friends, then put it back in place since Caylee was already dead by her own admission? IMO she would have thrown it away - she was still keeping up appearances.

I also think there is a discrepancy as to when the friends were in the car... I believe it was June 13th, before Casey & Caylee went missing from Hopespring Drive.

Ok everyone clarification I hope the SA clear this up so the jurors don't get sucked into JB's antics.

GA did not say that the car was at Amscot's for 3 days before being towed. GA was upset because he saw the date of the letter and the letter indicated the date that the car was towed from Amscots and that there was a difference of three days from the date towed from the date of the letter. He was upset that as a courtesy they weren't called sooner since they live a mile away from the tow yard.

JB wants you to believe that GA knew when the car was dumped, IMO the testimony doesn't reflect that. At least he didn't know how long it was there at the time they picked up car at the tow yard.

Yep, it's a 5pt car seat. When I look at the placement of the straps for the shoulders, they look too short to contain Caylee. Unless as I said before, ICA didn't strap her in with the shoulder part. :waitasec:

Hoping that George tells the total complete truth about his experiences with Casey and doesn't hold back anything to keep her from death row. I still think he's not telling the total truth about everything they know about that girl.

I do have to say, I can understand why he wouldn't want her to go to death row. No matter how awful she's been to him (which she def. has!) she's still his daughter, and he still loves her. MOO
