I'll never forget ICA at the Frye hearings, never.
ICA held court around her, she was in her element, the files, the depos, the copious note talking, all those lawyers buzzing around her, all those important busy people cooling their heels in the hallway waiting on little princess Casey Anthony - going through all her binders, flipping madly through the depos if she thought she could catch anyone out on a tiny discrepancy, the b1tching and moaning about her clothes that her mother was bringing in for her, the laughing and joking and flirting with any and all of her male attorney's and all the while discussing the decomposition of her little baby in the back of her damn car.
That's the real ICA and that stupid girl, riding on the back of Baez's hubris, forgot the world was watching.
Contrast THAT girl with the girl we see in court - Sorry ICA but people don't forget.
Yep. And LDB was so smoooooooothhhhhh that barely anyone noticed that she elicited from Cindy the following:
1) That Casey discussed with Cindy on the afternoon of June 16th what to do about babysitting Caylee (Cindy had to work) so Casey was taking Caylee to Zanny's and would not be home that evening;
2) That Cindy did not leave the ladder down; and
3) That George would have typically left the home by 3:00 because that is when he needed to start work.
Cindy blew the "pool theory" right out of the water, so to speak. It's no wonder Casey threw a fit.
Do you guys think it was seeing CA go off with GA in an embrace that set her off, like was reported earlier today? If so, why did that get her going?
I don't know, but something about that Father's Day video resonated with Casey. She reacted to that still picture from the video today. During the "30 days" Tony caught Casey watching the video one night at his pad too. I surmise that Cindy guilted Casey with the video when she got back from Mt. Dora. I assume she said something along the lines of hospice has been called in for Grandpa so I took Caylee up to see him. You could have/should have seen him too (but for your stealing jags, you couldn't go up there). Casey was so jealous of Caylee, resentful of Cindy's love for her, and angry about the threats of losing custody.
I won't fall off the couch if on cross-examination Baez tries to elicit from Cindy about that infamous fight that supposedly occured that night (June 15th). While (in my opinion) Cindy made great strides towards truth today, I don't buy the Kumbaya story about the three of them watching the video together and crying. There was crying all right, but I don't think it went down the way we heard today. When Casey listened to Cindy's Kumbaya story, she started crying like her Mom was finally taking her side. Some of Casey's crying seemed like relief but most of it today was angry crying. Like when you're so mad you can't scream but you can cry.

You are so right. In all my life I have only had the great displeasure of knowing a single true psychopath like Casey. It's all a facade, there is no "real" Casey. Casey is nothing special as far as murdering psychopaths go. She's an empty shell inside. She lacks a conscious and a soul. No genuine attachments to anyone, just surrounds herself with people she can manipulate to meet her needs. imo

I'm almost completely deaf and many people don't know because I'm extremely good at lip reading (not bragging here), just what I've been told.
I watched the clip on my TV forwards & backwards, and on my computer over and over again.
I found her very hard to read but what I got out of it was "she's protecting him now", "she did nothing". "Three years for nothing."
I took that to mean she's been in jail for 3 years and expected her parents to back her up and she would be walking free from the trial. Then after GA wouldn't go for it, she expected her mother to cover for her and was shocked when that didn't happen.
Or, perhaps she meant that CA didn't do anything with Caylee and is taking all the credit for raising her.
She seems extremely immature and also seems to have a false sense of entitlement that baffles me. Not to mention that someone with a child of their own, acting like a 2 year old having a temper tantrum in the very serious situation she is in, is beyond the pale.
I had my first child at 18 also and had twins when I was 21, so looking back on that time and comparing it to her behavior, I'm just stunned. I took care of them by myself with no help from Mom. Mom was busy with her own life. To me the A's went above and beyond to help her with Caylee. She should have been extremely grateful for all the help.
Didn't Cindy just put money in ICA's account?

Also to add, I watched the "ICA cam" the whole time Cindy was testifying and ICA and Baez started to look sick when LDB was going through bit by bit all the pool and garden information.
Baez and ICA knew they were sunk then - I'm still not sure if it occurred to ICA that her story was being destroyed but Baez sure knew. The more Cindy testified the greater the rage in ICA grew...

Sorry, jumping in late on this discussion. If JB didn't warn her that this was coming, he is a worse lawyer than I thought.
I would really like to know if KC told JB about George holding the little baby's body after she drowned, or if JB is making that one up. Also, there is no way he can put her on the stand, she will not be able to be believable once JA gets ahold of her. jmo
She did, and she may want to use it sparingly during trial..I have a feeling that will be the last money she receives from her parents.
Casey can't see her parents during the trial, as in a visit, can she? If she allowed them to visit and they wanted to do so? Seems as though that would be off-limits until a verdict but just wondering.
