Jean Casares: With eloquence and so much class and emotion Cindy testified to swimming that last night with Caylee, about Caylee's teddy bear, what Casey told her day after day why she couldn't bring Caylee home to be with her grandmother.

NG: I had to make a flow chart of where tot mom said she was........every time Cindy tried to get to Caylee and she wouldn't be there.

JC: She also testified that teddy bear she started sleeping with suddenly disappeared.

NG: wondering the teddy bear didn't go missing on one of tot mom's many visits to the house

Michael Christian: We know Casey went there several times; George's gas cans were missing; she went there to get clothes, and took things, presumably that teddy bear

JC: going over CA's testimony about the pool ladder, that CA took the pool ladder down and lay it on it's side, so the question is how would Caylee have gotten in the pool....

JC: we heard about sliding glass doors, three sets of them that were locked, and door knobs that were childproofed

I know! That and the F word. When this case broke I was shocked at how the A's used the F word so freely. But now when I look at FB, my 8th graders friends (and probably her when I'm not around) throw it around like it was "darn"

I can almost swear to seeing Cindy write something about "teddy" in one of the letters sent to the jail...

Well she slept with Teddy while she was missing Caylee, then Teddy disappeared. Maybe that's what the State is going to say, that CA told ICA she was sleeping with Teddy and ICA took it to spite her.
