but...

the tweets reporting that juror number 4 looked up and shook her head at ICA?

According to Discovery Investigation's juror profiles, juror number four is the AA juror that a lot of folks were worried about, since she said she couldn't stand in judgement of others.

Of course, that was before she met The Inmate.

Just sayin'

ICA will do that to anyone -

If anyone can listen to this and not vote to convict they are as heartless as ICA - I don't think that will happen.

The trial thread flies so fast that I can't keep up and thank everyone for their posts and observations.

I can't keep up with the trial thread either. I try to read and thank people but if I watch the trial proceeding for just a few minutes, the thread in several pages ahead by then.

I agree - she's quite cunning, but IMHO she's not anywhere near as smart as she thinks she is. She's lead a very small life, all her BS is ripped from TV plots - no one with 15 minutes of adulthood under their belt would believe her carp - and it appears that most did not as cycled through "friends" at about a 4 to 6 month interval....

I actually find some humor in the fact that she thought her words would be enough for the police.

She talked to Caylee the day before, called and numbers were disconnected, etc... How incredibly dumb to not know that it was very easy for them to check EVERYTHING! The vacant apartment, the fake job, OMG! So much, and she thought they wouldn't check? :waitasec:

KC was under the delusion that people believed her lies and therefore the police eventually would too. oops. Cindy and George did condition her to believe she could get away with anything. oops. Just thankful that now, both CA and GA are coming to understand their daughter is irreparably damaged and they must save themselves. RIP little Caylee. Poor little child.

I think the phone call home from the inmate shows several things, but two of the most important are ICA is a bully and that she has no empathy or emotions herself except anger and contempt, manipulation and lies.

I think this phone call home will show the jurors that she is a psychopath.

All testimony from here on out will be colored by this ONE phone call where they get to hear ICA herself. This is what they will think about when they listen to the sheriffs deputies, detectives, SEARCHERS (think about how the jury is going to perceive that one), FBI Agents, friends and loved ones etc!

Then the forensic evidence will come in and JB, DS, and CM will attack them... and this especially will not go over well. These scientists don't have a vendetta out for Casey. These scientists have gone to numerous years of training and school they are conducting their lives, doing their jobs and trying to make a difference in the world! Casey was a liar, a leech, a mooch and a bully who didn't want to work and only wanted to party, play, shop, get her nails done and get more tattoos, have sex and go to clubs!

She is cooked... done... over!

I can't wait to watch it unfold and see our sweet baby Caylee receive justice, once and for all... she has been waiting for this for far too long and this has cost the taxpayers of Florida way too much money!

I don't think Cindy can testify to what George said only what she perceived his actions to be.

Her stating that they stopped looking for Zanny 6 weeks ago opened up a whole new arena for her...then hearing OS.....How much more crap can be allowed? I know the inmate is protected but honestly...what about the witnesses/victims?????????:banghead:

Way too much evidence gets left out cos the defendant is supposed to get a "fair" trial but how is that "fair" to the VICTIM? :maddening:

the more they replay these calls and both CA and ICA"s reactions... it makes me cry for CA... casey is doomed.. there is no way this DT theory/strategy can ever fly.... just listening to the last 911 call and the first jail call is all that is needed... this is NOT what the DT is claiming... it is just sick to know what this ICA did and is still doing.... all the while... ica.. still heartless

After listening to these 911 calls for nearly 3 years....we have wracked our brains trying to find any tidbits of truth in them, we now know Caylee was dead the entire time....all of the searchers/LE/media/Attys/people in the general public/ and WS'rs who wanted to help this family find this litle girl......all of it confirmed Lies! The emotion in CA, scared/frantic grandmother reporting this missing child a month later....kc is stoic... cannyot muster any emotion for this child...cannot feel for this baby girl.....it is not in KC to see the world through her child's eyes......she is not connected to any emotional grief none whatsoever. I am flabberghasted (sic?) just a loss for words.......so sickeningly tragic that we all have more of an emotional connection to this child (we have never met and only got to experience by video/photos before she died) than her own Mother KC! I need to step away......feeling quite ill.

The female juror will be the worst enemy of the defense in my opinion. She is a woman who is up there in age, By the time you reach our age you have seen and experienced much in life. You have walked beside and among the good and the bad of the world. You might have experienced someone like Casey in your own personal life.

While she didn't want to judge based on hearsay, she is witnessing first hand what happened in real time. Regardless of Baez's fantasy story you cannot lie this much, fabricate the depth of these stories on the spur of the moment, and then claim to being a victim. This family had been the victim of a psychopathic daughter for years and years. Unfortunately they didn't realize the depth of what she was capable of doing.

It bothered me to hear the way Cindy was testifying about
Amy directing her to Tony's place. She was implying there was something nefarious about Amy knowing exactly where to go. My goodness,
Amy had just been there to drop off ICA.

Don't understand why she continues to make those remarks about Amy.
Is it because Amy is a victim of ICA and That doesn't sit well with Cindy?

IMO Cindy was shocked she picked the right friend to call, I saw no animosity toward Amy.Cindy tried to find ICA for weeks,she just happened to find Amy's name and phone number.IMO Caylee led her CeCe to find Amy's info.JMO

gitana - CA commented during testimony several times ICA "lied" "lying again" etc.

Played 911 tapes, very emotional testimony from CA while ICA seemed very unemotional throughout. At one point CA was so distraught she broke down and needed a brief recess to compose herself.

Big news of the morning - All 911 calls were played an transcripts were synced up for jury to view as they listened. Also jail tape with ICA more worried about obtaining Tony's number was played.

Oooh! I am SO glad to hear that. IMO, a lady like that, who may not understand forensics, etc., she is going to go off her impressions and if her impression of casey is bad, yipeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*collapses in the sidebar area* Wow. Just WOW. Stone Cold Casey while her mother breaks down on the stand. The 911 calls. The first jailhouse call.

Remember that juror that we were worried about? She shook her head at the jailhouse call! Casey, you are DONE!!!! Your one hope just went out the window!

And I am feeling so much sympathy for Cindy. I just can't help it. I know how awful she was, but I think she was viewing things through different eyes then. I think now she is viewing things through different eyes, actually realizing that Casey did murder Caylee. I still don't like pre-trial Cindy, but as long as she tells the truth and doesn't cover for Casey anymore in court, that is fine with me. I just hope she's able to make it through this trial. I am now worried this trial might actually kill her.

I wonder what ol' JB is going to try to impeach her with. She has made so many kooky statements in the past. I'm sure though, that the state can just get her to explain on redirect that CA was in deep, angry, frightened denial.

I guess that 911 tape made a powerful impact in open court with poor CA seated there, reliving it all. Great to hear! casey's words may be strong enough that the jury won't need motive.
