There is a rather large DT for ICA and it is looking like the other attorneys have backed off and are letting JB's ship go down all on his own.

Never seen anything like this in a case. Anybody?

And before JB's smackdown HHJP had to school JB in knowing that the real time journals could be captured by the BRIDGE program included with the real time portion (the scrolling screen on their laptops captured by the court reporter). JB had absolutely no clue to this.

OK here's what I know as a law student and talking to my judge professors: the rules of evidence are difficult! Cheney Mason is sleeping on the job - the door should never have been opened. JB's three years experience is just not enough. It's a crucial, crucial mistake...but Mason should have schooled JB on this Huggins case.

But you're not getting Mason. If he did that then this case wouldn't be fun!! :floorlaugh:

So the Prosecution is going to say that Casey never lied until she had the baby. She had the baby and wanted her freedom and have fun so she started lying about her whole life cos she knew mom would be pizzed if she knew KC wasn't taking care of her right and what she was really doing with her life. She turned into a very good liar to get away with her wild life while pretending to care for a child, not because GA molested her.
