I pictured Tony going all around the apartment and gathering up every little thing KC left there when Lee stated that there were knick knacks in with her other things.
Wasn't TL asked if he packed the bag? I thought he answered that he hadn't.

If it had mL markings on it she may have used it to measure mL, I often use an oral syringe to measure mL of medicine. My husband's syringes for his allergy shots also have markings in mL, and looking at the link I just saw regarding how to make chloroform you of course have to measure in some form.

They showed it on Nancy Grace it had a needle on t.

Oh and I know someone (actually a few posters) had mentioned how JB scored 1 for the DT by pointing out that YM didn't check the car out after hearing it smelled funky...I heard on HLN on Sirius on my way home that juror #8 actually wrote something down at that point. So of course we don't know what she noted I just found it interesting when I heard it on HLN from some lady Vinny Politan had on that apparently watches everything the jury does and especially notices when they take note of something.

BBM

I think I was the only one to suggest that JB won one with that, although one or two other posters did say that info also concerned them. To clarify, yes, I do think JB won one with that, but I don't think it was a big win. For my part, I certainly find it concerning that no member of LE bothered to check out that vehicle despite having heard that there was an odor emanating from it. On the other hand, I don't know that it makes a great deal of difference with respect to the evidence retrieved from the car. The car had already been "tampered" with by the Anthony's. My main concern is that it speaks to a certain degree of incompetence on LE's part. I hate to admit that, but...there ya go.

Mark Eiglarsh on HLN said the defense IS creating reasonable doubt!
State cant prove 1st degree murder!

What if Cindy never found KC that day do u think she would have disappeard and no one would have even known about Caylee being dead.

I was just saying that to my husband today-what was Casey's plan, to just roam around Orlando forever, avoiding her parents? What was going through her brain??

(And how did Cindy find Amy's phone number, anyway?)

havent seen it yet... but has ANYONE wondered.. either here or even in court...HOW FAR ICA would have taken this.. inotherwords.. if CA had NOT dragged her little behind out of TL apt.. and pressed and pressed and MADE the calls herself... IMO... there is NO WAY ICA would have said a damn thing!! so... right htere... out of the box.. she had, imo, NO INTENTION of doing or saying anytihng more than what she did wehn first opening her lying mouth.... and what about the abuse??? so abused so much pain... her family is so wonderful...in many of her jail vids.... and pics of her and lee.... no sign or fearful pleas of.... 'get me out of here...cant stand being here... i'm afraind.... let me tell you what they did to me (to the psychs that first examined her as well as psychs in jail)...just nothing... nothing till this?????????? al... of course.. my observations and opinions

If you mean the syringe, I think it came from CA. She's a nurse. i'm a nurse and every nurse I know has a "stash" of supplies at home, including syringes. I've always just assumed that's where she got it.
we have a small stash at home that we use to inject meat for the grill......works great with apple cider vinegar and butter for a pork butt.....Yum Yum

I just can't see what that Juror would argue- gee, we can't find her guilty because the detective didn't smell the car right away?

Yeah, it definitely concerned me as well and even moreso hearing the comment that a juror noted it.

I believe there would have to be some evidence that GA was involved, before the SA could bring any charges against him. If there was any such evidence he would have been arrested before this.

With the DT calling their client a liar, over and over again I don't see how GA could even be prosecuted for SA. If the defendant lied about what happened to her DD (for three years); what's to stop her from lying about her father and brother? The DT has surely painted themselves into a very tight corner...
and jumping off your post......

IF this was an accidental drowning THEN GA being ex-LE would have known that he could "cut a deal" and possibly even have walked with just probation by telling what happened.

IF (and this is a huge big IF) GA was involved I do believe that he would have come forward by now and cut a deal - he would have NOT kept an accident this quiet this long.

IF this was an accident and GA knew - he also knew he could have gotten ICA a much better rap by coming forward and telling what happened.

This drowning in the pool by accident theory doesn't fly at all.

While I'm cleansing my soul (heh), might as well also go ahead and admit that, IF ICA were handcuffed in the back of the squad car for the ride to the imaginary nanny's house, that too does NOT sit well with me.

If i remember she found Amy's resume in KC's "work purse"

I really think KC was gonna vanish once she stole enough money. No one would have been the wiser! She sure stayed off the radar kept her MOm at bay Lied like a rug....

here is another thought...

most abuse victims... i am one of them...survivors.... SHY AWAY from situations either physcial or sexual in nature that was the abuse.... and push getting into those situations, relationships for instance.. i.e. SEXUAL encounters... NOT, GO FOR IT ALL SHE CAN AND GET ALL SHE COULD...... its usually the opposite and the other person in the normal relationship often finds out why the other partner has issues with a normal lifestyl;e... THIS IMO... is a far cry from ICA's apparent bed bopping antics..

Yes that makes sense!

I think it's just a way to try and discredit YM in any way possible. The more ways they can poke holes in the state's witnesses that's just another drop in the "reasonable doubt" bucket. Same with the shady tactic of making Amy H look bad for hanging out with ICA's exes. Crappy move but if he gets another tiny drop in his bucket against a state witness that's a small victory in itself.

IIRC, CA found AH's phone number on the copy of AH's resume that was in ICA's car. AH had given her resume to ICA in hopes of getting a job at Universal.

I'm thinking it was on the resume Amy gave to Casey to turn into Universal. IIRC Cindy said the resume was in the purse Casey left in the car... JMHO

I wonder what the syringe was for?
I thought I read somewhere that the syringe and the gatoraid bottle it was found in did test positive for chloroform but I can't find any documents for this. Does anyone know if this is true?

That wasn't when she was handcuffed...IIRC it was before Yuri ever got there.
