What is the "IS exodus"? What happened today?

InSession closed their message boards today in order to force everyone to their facebook and twitter pages, so many will be coming here to read our, uh, "blog"!

It was madness, i tell ya, madness!

I'm so thankful to have a community who you can "talk" these crazy things out and not allow this trial to make you loose your damn mind!

It's frustrating for sure. I love and deeply respect our judicial system. I deal with with 5 days a week all year long! I dearly love it.

This trial has pushed me to new limits. I'm so saddened by the way JB and Company have turned this into a three ring circus. Regardless of the way I feel about ICA (and what I believe she did to her beautiful daughter) she is still on trial and her her life is on the line.

It's a disgrace what's been going on. I expect more, far more from her defense. I want ICA convicted in the worst way but I want it done RIGHT!

I just turned JVM OFF for the last time. She said YM STARTED A BLOG ! There has been enough time for them to get that info right,so IMO it's a deliberate misrepresentation of what happened.
HLN is simply not based in reality,which I find ironic since they are discussing ICA's web of lies.

I hope they clear this up,but I won't hold my breath.

I stopped watching her a long time ago. They are ridiculous on that channel. If it weren't for the trial being on there after 3p, I'd never turn it over to there.

I'm just now catching up on the tail end of the trial video - had to scram during websleuths drama rocker - ---- and I'm just to the part where JB is trying to have an AHA moment with Yuri, who is answering so plainly that JB could. not. look like any more of a buffoon!

Sorry, I didn't get to share that with y'all in real time. I went back and read the trial thread from it and soo wanted to join in on all the laughter. So sweet. I hope we can return to sweet Caylee now and stop messing around with quotation marks.

I totally agree with you. HOWEVER...the DT didn't tie her down and force her to go along with this cockamamie theory. They didn't force her to trash her father, her brother, her mother, RK, YM, AH, etc. etc. For once in ICA's life, she is going to have to learn the meaning of personal responsibility. She's been on board with both her attorney and his shenanigans from the jump. Now she's gonna have to pay the piper. Simple as that.

I think the clothes packing like that could have happened one of two ways.

1. She wanted Tony and all her new friends to think she was something she was not and thus the neatly packed stuff, cleaning his apartment and cooking.

2. by the time Lee called Tony, Tony had decided "i don't know wth is going on but she's outta here!".

As poorly as this defense is coming off, I am at a loss as to what they could have done/been doing instead (not counting the unpreparedness, etc...just the actual defense.) If your client won't admit to anything other than an accident in which she basically had no part, and certainly won't go for insanity, they were not left many options. They can only present what their client agrees to, basically and have to try to take advantage of any little moment of drama to detract from the other side, who actually have a case.

I understand why they are emphasizing the lying, it can't be ignored, certainly so they have to at least try to make a point that she does not know lies from truth about anything and lived in her own little world of deceit. It is not helping their case, but then again, what would?

They literally have nothing to work with. This is the most open and shut circumstantial case I have ever seen...and all thanks to their client.

I do not know the details as I have never been a member at In Sessions. I assume they are closing that board or some such thing or there is some issue over there. In Sessions has many members and perhaps they need a place to go.

Let's see if I have this straight: CM begins by saying ICA was calm. And GA was also calm...just like ICA. He then goes on to ask Hosey if ICA exhibited a flat effect. Does that mean GA exhibited a flat effect too? If so, that must mean GA was also molested and is suffering from PTSD, right?

LA was calm too...he was in detective mode.

Maybe that's not why LA was calm. Maybe LA and GA were abusing each other and they were both calm because they were *both* suffering from PTSD.

I'm thinking more along the lines of it happened at the Anthony house because all the "supplies" were from the house/garage. (The baby blanket, the trash bags, the laundry bag, the special duct tape, the heart sticker.) I have a feeling Casey flew into a rage at Caylee for some reason because of the way the duct tape was not only over her mouth and nose, but wrapped repeatedly around her head and hair. I don't know if it was because Caylee did/said something to piss her off or that Casey wasn't going to be able to be with Tony overnight because of no babysitter. We've seen Casey in a rage and we know that what Casey wants, Casey gets, come heck or high water. I don't believe it was any sort of an accident, mainly because of the many layers of duct tape. I think it was violent.

So sorry to be graphic, but that's how I see it and I hope to heck I'm wrong.

I agree 100%. Even the little heart stickers were found in ICA's room in a shoebox marked "Caylee". I believe she went into a frustrated rage, over-chloroformed her, taped her nose and mouth, etc.

I'm not sure where to ask this but I have been wondering about it lately, and I am sure I will get a million hits if I search posts for "chloroform". Has it ever been mentioned how Casey would have obtained chloroform other than speculation on here that she either got it from Cindy somehow (being a nurse) or she made it herself? Those were the only two ways I had ever heard as possibilities, I wonder how/if they will address this when the chloroform evidence is brought up.
