The only thing I agree with in CM's approach is questioning about the car. CA mentioned the car in her 911 call, but no one seemed willing to immediately investigate the vehicle, even with the smell. Very odd, to me.

Cindy mentioned the smell in her third call.
The first deputies on the scene were responding to her second call in which she wanted ICA arrested for theft of the car... and Deputies weren't sure at this point if this was a domestic spat got out of hand....started to question and investigate. It took time to figure out what the story actually was.
CA made the third call in the time before they arrived and smell info did not get to them..... IIRC

He was on this morning, may be recalled later on. No major bombshells...

There was one major bombshell for me - and that was when Lee arrived at Tony's house, the screen on the laptop was already blue. He rebooted it and it remained blue.

That surprised me.

With this line of questioning the defense is shooting themselves in the foot...........the jury isn't going to like the DT going after LE.

We have a WTH moment here? There goes the judge.

If the defense puts KC on the stand the prosecutors could ask her what she did with Caylee all those times that she wasn't with her and probably in the trunk of the car drugged up. There were several times Caylee wasn't seen with KC but not at home either. Where was she? How would she explain that?

"ICA had a flat affect . . . you know what that means don't you . . ." What does that mean? Or is CM just wondering if he knows what the phrase means?

Either way it was rude. jmo

Because they want to allude that he already knew Caylee was gone, for 31 days because he was involved as addressed in opening statements.

But not nervous as in, "OMG now we have the police in our house, I hope they don't find out what terrible things I did to her body, what if Casey tells all"?

Hosey: yes, [GA] was pretty calm

Any juror who is married likely has it figured out only one person is allowed to be crazy at a time. At this point, Cindy had lost it and George had to keep it together imo :twocents:
We have seen this side of him by her side, concerned fairly calm (but still stressed) as she has broken down these last few days.

Defense- fail.

Insinuating that GA was calm cuz he was involved in and already knew about poor Caylees death. It makes me so angry to see how ok she is with destroying her father. :maddening:

Yes, but ICA was calm because she was being traumatized by all the big bad policemen no doubt...

Anyone else think maybe George was calm because he was dusting off his old detective brain and was starting to put 2 and 3 together? The smell in Casey's car, her saying Caylee was "taken" 31 days ago, the fact that his daughter lies..... I bet his mind was working overtime and he was walking around in a daze.

PLEASE let Yuri Melich be up next!! I want the jury to hear her first statement when they were at the Hopespring home!!

I kinda hope that CM questions Yuri...wanna see CM get what he deserves.

DT better be cautious. This could also be described as a shock reaction.
