Exactly!! Sometimes I think HHJP should send a TUITION bill to JB! These two often bring to mind the movie "My Cousin Vinny"- 'member that one, lol?! The judge was Fred Gwynn aka "Herman Munster" from the old TV show; guess I'm showing my age now, ah well! (And meaning NO disrespect comparing HHJP to ole Herman; I always thought he was awesome as a kid, much more charming than that creep from "The Addams Family"!) OK I know enough O/T re. '60's TV, but seriously the "judge" character from 'My Cousin Vinny' is constantly having to "school" the inexperienced Joe Pesci character throughout a trial ("What is a 'yoot'??":crazy and it is hilarious. Because it's comedy, fiction. But THIS trial is real and seriously/sadly horrifying at times; so while it's amusing to see Baez get "schooled," the truth is that his mess-ups could help ICA on appeal... not so funny, at all.
More on topic, I totally agree that the jailhouse videos will do the defense immense damage; they validate and magnify the twisted... the MALIGNANT... character of Casey Anthony on a whole new level, one that is both shocking and incriminating. All imo, moo, etc...:twocents:

Actually, most LE who are to testify in court are instructed to do this. This isn't the first trial where I've seen LE/ME/SBI look at the jury when they testify.

He said it was interesting that as soon as the LE Officers started testifying, it began to rain and be dreary... much like it was on December 11 when Caylee's remains were finally found.

Clearly My Yuri Melich knows the weight that his testimony has if he is directly looking at and speaking to the jury. Shows confidence and also shows he has nothing to hide.
