Baez gets to go on national TV for years and spew nonsense and half-truths and nothing will ever be said. Yuri maybe goes to a blog and says thanks for caring about me when I'm hurt and it's some huge cover up?? Plus SA says it was never admitted into evidence. Whether he was a member here or wasn't, I can see where his superiors felt he shouldn't be, regardless of what he said or didn't say.

Having said that, it doesn't change one thing about what Casey did or any one of her lies. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not Caylee died at the hands or neglect of Casey.

Melich Credibility... DIDN'T BAEZ HAVE HIS STUDENTS READ THE BLOGS HERE? Baez is out of line and continues to try to hold up the Court with his nonsense. How many times has Baez not been prepared for Court and try to get the judge to give him time to get his act together. Yesterday painted the perfect picture of how inept Baez is as an attorney with his lack of preparedness in the Amy Huizinga questioning. He has become the laughing stock of the legal profession.

During break HHJP reading. Copies were just delivered to the State. Baez at podium.

Baez thinks that once witness takes stand, their credibility comes in. Baez thinks blogging is self-promotion.

Fs 90.68 is specific about impeachment. Asks BAez to point out specifics. Sites Rose v State, 1985 decision. Death sentence which was affirmed. References detectives professionalism. Conclusion was attack on detectives professionalism was not appropriate. HHJP wants a specific statement from blog that would show YM's bias. Judge wants specifics from JB.

We have all speculated about what pertinent folks have visited this site from time to time, and all I have to say to Mr. Baez is:

He is blasting LE for discovering that Caylee's death was an accident. Why didn't his client tell them it was an accident? Because it wasn't, that is why.
