There is no way that anyone on the Jury will by the DT's theory that she was INTIMIDATED and afraid of these officers during this interview. EVERYONE on that tape has been level headed and calm and rational with her. Yuri was nothing if not courteous and kind while trying to get her to admit she lied. No one is yelling or being intimidating at all. I haven't heard this tape but i never even thought for a second that they would have tried to scared her and force her to admit something that wasnt true.

Plus, Casey's demeanor is very clear. She is cool, calm and collected...calculating, even. There is no way she felt intimidated. She could have walked out at any time and invoked her right to counsel.

They are continuously asking her if it was an accident. That if it is because of problems at home that are keeping her from revealing the accident then it is understandible but she has to tell them.

exactly right. All videos and audio tapes must come with a transcript for this reason.

If ICA has ptsd, then she would of started sobbing at hearing this on tape. Well that is if Caylee really did drown in the pool. Any mother would sob but with ptsd, she would be acting similiar to Cindy who, I believe does suffer from ptsd after all this trauma.

I just want to ask & comment---KC is FACING the jury, right? With THAT look on her face this whole time? With THAT reaction to her mother's breakdown over her own daughter's DEATH?
Her inability to fake cry will get her the needle faster than anything. I am frankly SHOCKED at how bad she is performing at this trial.

it was just hard to believe at that point

but they said what the two possibilities were

1. scared, frightened

2. monster


they assumed she was 1. and were trying to reason a frightened, scared person into telling the truth

if they had believed she was what she really was (2)


they wouldn't have wasted the time

Keep in mind KC could also have requested to speak with YM or any of the detectives or LE once she figured out she was going to go to jail. If this was a cover up, don't you think she would have at least tried sometime in 2008 or anytime from then until now? Facing the DP wouldn't you?

Furrowed brow is for the jury's benefit. Casey is acting like "Was that ME? I don't remember this at all." If the jury was not there, and the camera was no on, she'd be having a hissy fit. Academy award. Pure wickedness.
