There is no way that anyone on the Jury will by the DT's theory that she was INTIMIDATED and afraid of these officers during this interview. EVERYONE on that tape has been level headed and calm and rational with her. Yuri was nothing if not courteous and kind while trying to get her to admit she lied. No one is yelling or being intimidating at all. I haven't heard this tape but i never even thought for a second that they would have tried to scared her and force her to admit something that wasnt true.
Plus, Casey's demeanor is very clear. She is cool, calm and collected...calculating, even. There is no way she felt intimidated. She could have walked out at any time and invoked her right to counsel.
