Earlier in the trial, I said I thought they'd convict but not recommend the DP. Now, I'm not so sure that they won't recommend the DP.
For ICA or JB?

It sure looks that way to me.
Get out of here! I've been hearing the wizard's wife in Princess Bride...LIARRRRR! :floorlaugh:
Their speaking in code was driving me crazy. They have some weird speech patterns and phrases. Casey kept saying to the best of my knowledge - I don't think that's a natural way to answer a question from your parents or brother - KWIM?

About the GA attempted suicide thing...is it possible that GA was trying to kill 2 birds with one stone? 1. He wanted to end his life because he could not live with the grief of losing Caylee AND ICA so that leads to #2. He knew if he committed suicide, the DT could run with it and pin the whole thing on him (even though he knew ICA was guilty), therefore getting ICA off the hook, and GA would never have to be around to see the repercussions of that happening...
Can anyone tell me what video/s ICA and TL rented from blockbuster? :waitasec: TIA
So basically, per Angrand v Key, the judge is saying that the expert must testify to something that an ordinary person would know nothing about, i.e. scientific knowledge of a subject. They have to give testimony that will help the trier of facts. If the jury is capable of forming an opinion on it's own, without the expert's opinion, then that expert will not be allowed to testify. I think the judge is thinking that most, if not all, of these jurors have basic knowledge and/or experience with grieving and don't need an expert's testimony to come to conclusions about KC's grief. He is willing to hear what she has to say though. Just my interpretation. I could be completely off base here.
Not Gitana, but via subpoena would be my assumption.
did anyone get the name of the item that JP mentioned to the attorneys that they "should read" before any decisions are made as far as the greif information?? all i was able to hear was "angrand vs t" "teak" "tea"
i did a search for it but could not find anything.......

Excuse me, please.
Does anyone know what the motion was at the end that CM didn't know about, but was filed from his office?
:waitasec:
I'm sorry if it's been discussed. I haven't read the entire thread because I have a "repetitive scrolling injury". . ..calling Nursie ...any advice?
:help:
.
I think if this was the case, George would have took the blame in his suicide note. That way, Casey would get out and it wouldn't matter if he was the one blamed if he was dead.
His suicide note said nothing important. I firmly believe all he is guilty of is being a passive father.
