misstatements against 'the defendants council of choice' (that would be you JB).

JB understands the state wants them introduced because of the misstatements in them. However, he feels they should be relevant and not overly prejudicial and should not confuse the jury.

JMO but if the defendant's counsel could possibly obstruct justice it's relevant evidence.

Gosh, your client talks so much.

Baez says paraphrased that there are many other videos with unfair representation of the defendant's counsel of choice... MAKE 'EM STOP!!! (that last bolded part was just me)

:)

Talk about pot calling the kettle black. JB: 'There are mis-statements of fact and law....'

He has to ask...
I sure would, every chance I got...

JB should have brought up these points months ago

Come on JB, it is what it is! Nobody can make you look bad but you!

he can't even look at the judge..he looks down or straight but not where the judge is sitting

I must have missed he asked this morning? Why is my stomach churning?

judge can just add a stipulation before the video to disregard those comments.
