Curious....now HOW would the defense have gotten these records with current HIPPA laws???? (since GA is not being charged with a crime)

The DT is going to make this trial go as slowly and painfully as possible.

I think delay tactics serve to 'numb' the jury from the shocking things they have been hearing. But JB has to be careful the jury don't notice he's trying to keep them there WAY longer than they have to be.

Really?! This expert witness is going to be able to sit up there and testify that it's completely in the realm of normalcy to not say ANYTHING to ANYONE for 31 days and then create a kidnapping/murder because she was distraught??? I don't think so. IF this witness is capable of that, I have to worry about her credentials as well IMHO There is NO reasoning that can explain ICA's behavior other than pure evilness.

Why didn't they have a grief expert on the witness list all along? I would think if they had seriously planned their defense and are claiming Casey's behavior was as a result of x,y, and z they would have every base covered.
