The look on Casey's face (to LittleBitty): I have written Caylee off like a bad check.

electronic leashes on flies? Who slipped LSD or absinthe into my lunch? I can not possibly have read that right!

This is the portion where Mr. Ashton wanted to step away from the science. JB

  • #1,124
wow - Sims looked like she could hardly be bothered with helping Baez - did you all catch the look on her face?

and lolling now because Baez can hardly speak :)

  • #1,125
OMG... Baez still torturing poor Dr. Vass! I went shopping and came back ... and Baez and Dr. Vass still..... Mr. STraplnljlaljkofogus?? Is that how you say it.. lol

Ok, so now we are on potatoes? :waitasec:

  • #1,127
Decomposition smells like a rotten potato?

  • #1,128
So is Baez claiming that a rotten potato was in the trunk?! Is this a continuation of the Munchies theory?

Do you want a side of fries with that raw meat burger?

  • #1,129
Jurors will wonder why he has to keep going to his "assistants" for direction.

  • #1,130
OK, so now it was rotten POTATOES, not a body, that smelled like HUMAN DECOMPOSITION. That's what was in the trunk while people were eating raw burgers with bags over their heads with squirrels plastered to the bottom of the car!

  • #1,131
Why doesn't JB just let her do the cross exams???

  • #1,132
Smells similar to a rotten potato... ew.

  • #1,133
jb thwarted! thwarted at EVERY turn!

  • #1,134
But we actually looked at a decomposing potato and the chemical composition is completely different.

Dr. Vass said that a false positive for presence in a field soil sample could be rendered if the soil sample collected was not representative of the field soil as a whole because it was contaminated by trash. In this case, picking a soil patch with trash would not represent the enviornment accurately (and could create a false positive). That is all. If the trash is indeed part of the environment being tested (as in the trunk evidence) the trash is not a contaminator, but an environmental piece of the evidence and sample. I think the jury will see the distinction. JMO..

Dr. Vass's answers to Baez trying to discredit him, are brilliant......
