So Baez is claiming that a rotten potato was in the trunk?!

I dont know about yall, but I almost always have potatoes with my hamburgers.

Baez now extracting that Vass once said a rotting potato is strikingly similar in smell to human decomp. however Vass distinguishes that the chemical content is completely different.

JB just bounces around. He can't stay focused. I think it is because his team is thinking of things along the way and giving them to him peacemeal. This is such a joke for such an important trial. jmo

FYI
Divining rods are like a large allen wrench or an L-shape piece of metal, you hold the short end in your hands with the long ends parallel. If the long ends are allowed to swing freely (its hard to hold them just right) theoretically if they move toward each other while you walk around, you have found water...a classic topic of debate amongst hydrogeologists.
it can work for finding underground water pipes, but not if you want to locate a source for a water well. IMO

This is exactly what we had success in finding time and time again "playing" with them!

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

In reference to the smell of human decomp being similar to a decomposing potato

"Yes but we actually looked at the chemical composition of a decomposing potato and they are different" with a sly smile.

The problem with JB trying to use these various Vass quotes.....is that he takes them at face value with no consideration for context or circumstances used in making the statement.

One statement does not fit all.

Why doesn't JB just let her do the cross exams???

I know. This is one of the most painful things I've ever heard. JB is not looking very competent right now IMO.

Potatoes, hamburgers, bananas, squirells, paper bags, marijuana? Sounds like a party in the trunk!

"...of that specific homicide." - JB

Dr. Vass says he thinks JB is twisting things around "again."

Baez is sinking faster than the Titanic.

Guys, I'm an "educated" woman and crystal balls are my hobby.

I see Baez failing. I see a small room, glass partition, a needle....oh...

Wow..All I can say is Thank God for people like Dr. Vass...Not only is he a brilliant scientist, He is also philanthropic in using his (valuable time) expertise in finding justice for "Sweet Caylee"..Geesh..I think in my declining years, I have fallen inlove again...<swoon>>

Hmmm, score for JB, IMO. He's making Vass look like a kook.

HMmmmmmmmmmmmm I think Dr.Voss is making JB look like a kook.:floorlaugh:

I don't understand why someone else on the DT doesn't signal JB that it's time to sit down rather than let him go on and go on. This questioning is hurting, not helping, which actually, now that I think of it, is fine with me ... Never mind. You just keep going on and on, JB.

Dr. Vass to JB - Again I think you are twisting things around.

You go Dr. Vass!

  • #1,155
Twisting things around a tad...lol. Score!

  • #1,156
AV says : "you are twisting this around a bit"

  • #1,157
I love this guy!

  • #1,158
I think you're twisting things a tad. AV

I think most of the testimony and what is allowed in court is to controlled. IMO.

Never have I seen anything like it in my travels in court /watching court and reading about court . I love court.

Dr. Vass tells JB I think you are twisting things around a tad...Imagine that..
