During break, Kathy Belich and Bill Schafer discussed this video. BS said that JB challenged the video saying it wasn't part of discovery. He said what likely happened is that HHBP checked and found that it was part of discovery. JB probably overlooked it. It's going forward because it was submitted as discovery, probably some time ago, and JB failed to object then.
