Jury not present.

LDB wants to start the video at the 15 minute mark because that is when Officer Forgey comes into the picture.

JB says this is not in accordance with Harris. He feels they are addressing a matter of law with the Jury. Feels they are holding a motion to suppress hearing in front of the jury. The jury is hearing things that are completely irrelevant. If it proceeds, the matter will be made worse - matter of law as opposed to matter of fact.

HHBP 12 individuals will be asked to evaluate the believability of this testimony. They will have to decide if this or any other K-9 is reliable. The training and certification and experience all go to factors that will enable the triers of fact will reject or accept this evidence.

Previous ruling will stand.

Jury coming back.

I swear, there's times when JB talks and I can't follow a thing he says. It's really disjointed.

The DT needs to do themselves a favor and keep a tight leash on ICA - I can't imagine her playing paralegal or whatever she's up to plays well with them. I find it highly disrespectful that when someone is testifying she is either coloring or whispering. Very disrespectful.

JB arguing this testimony shouldn't be argued in front of jury but in front of HHBP only.....he asked previously for SA to lay predicate....but not this....

HHBP said 12 jurors have to evaluate whether to accept or reject this evidence....previous ruling will stand return the jury!

I believe that JB is objecting to anything and everyting so that when he files an appeal it is on court record that he objected to the evidence/testimony.

I heard this the other day and then Ijust Googled it. It has to do with the appeal(s) that will be filed as soon as Miss Antnony is found guilty.

You know, JB has every right to object and to petition the court in a legal matter. What irks me is his arrogant disregard for the response. HHJBP is deliberate, careful in his choice of words, and polite when responding to his inquiries -- but there is JB (or just was) ignoring him as he's speaking, chatting with others, rolling his eyes -- it's beyond unprofessional. HHJBP is one patient individual. IMO

Yes he needs to object to protect the record for appeal. Also the State have been objecting repeatedly as well.

WFTV said they have news footage of this. Not sure if it will be used as evidence though.
