Does Caseys face look like it is turning beat red when they mention searches of chloroform and all the related searches or is it just me.

She still looks white and pale to me. but definitely interested

Who is saying that it needs to be proven that she made the chloroform? What difference does it make how she obtained it? Maybe she bought/stole it. Maybe Ricardo gave it to her. Whatever. What matters is that what she did with it.

Reasonable doubt.

And it's important to note that the witness testified that these WERE NOT searches, but auto generated links that came from the initial searches on chloroform. You click on one, and then more are generated that are "like" the one you just clicked on. So chloroform will link to suffocation/inhalation, that link will link to something else, and so on and so on.

Since a lot of these were auto generated I don't' think this is the slam dunk many were expecting.

Perhaps not a slam dunk but a layup is still worth two points. :twocents:

This is a REAL court case, for those who have never seen one before.

Don't get this confused with CSI, Law & Order or a made-for-TV-movie.

They are VASTLY different. Unfortunately speaks to what our society has come to - we need to be entertained or to have our short attention spans stimulated at all times. :banghead:

I say sure she wanted to harm her parents AFTER she got Caylee out of the way. But Cindy calling 911 kind of took care of that for her.

Very true, but as it stands they aren't putting her on a page with a actual recipe, so factually, its hard to link the two. But maybe they have more?

We are still on the home PC though, right? We haven't even got to her laptop yet..... it should prove interesting if they can retrieve all the data she deleted..

I am sorry if its getting "old" but maybe its because its not a smoking gun, and most people expected more. If you say someone murdered her daughter and she did it with chloroform, you have to prove it, and its not looking good. I am holding out they have more, because I think this is disastrous. jmo

So basically, the State does not have evidence of her on a chloroform recipe page.

They have lost this case, imo.

Haha....:floorlaugh: surely you jest...we just went through Vass and cadaver dogs she has also admitted at the very least she was present at the death of her child....there will be a conviction of some sort. She had done searches on chloroform when she was the only one in the home and finally to bookmark a page one has to first visit it.
