I am sorry if its getting "old" but maybe its because its not a smoking gun, and most people expected more. If you say someone murdered her daughter and she did it with chloroform, you have to prove it, and its not looking good. I am holding out they have more, because I think this is disastrous. jmo

She typed in ' HOW TO MAKE CHLOROFORM.'

What more do you want?

Wonder if she'll lean over to JB and whisper "But I didn't bookmark it! THAT woulda been stupid!...Go get him!"....?

Who is saying that it needs to be proven that she made the chloroform? What difference does it make how she obtained it? Maybe she bought/stole it. Maybe Ricardo gave it to her. Whatever. What matters is that what she did with it.

(oooh edit with last admission...she did look how to make it, afterall)

True but the State has to prove it. KC can't be convicted to death if it's what people think she did.

You may have missed this (I did) but Adam Longo did not... When Bradley came into courtroom he bowed at Judge Perry. Yes bowed - well...

Just a reminder..that the jury is actually viewing all this on a screen and the witness is drawing connections between various site, topis and which are connected...It may be very boring for some of the jurors, however given the diverse ages of these people on the jury, I am sure there are many of them who actually get exactly what he is talking about..

BTW..someone asked how they know who did these searches...isnt the search engine KC's ..the one that she always uses, versus the IE that CA and GA uses..and also alot of theses searches were done during the wowrking hours of both CA and GA.... I dont need a huge leap to believe that it was KC who did all these searches and browsing...besides..why would eithe CA or GA have a need to look up all these things???

The only single excuse for KC at this point, would be if she was a registered member of W/S and was researching some crime along with us guys :floorlaugh:..I know my hard drive would contain alot of what this guy is listing :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Hey peeps, this is past Ynot again, with a request:

Please let us not snark upon one another while we await the grand bow-tying that we hope LDB will be putting onto this sometimes tedious testimony.

It's ok to disagree with how other posters are assimilating this evidence, and to present how you are assimilating it... but I'm seeing some borderline fellow-poster snark here which I find alarming.

Continuing to read, content in the knowledge that by the time I catch up with you future WSers, all will be well.

:tyou:

KC was just emphatically nodding "no" in response to a comment or question by JB.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This is interesting... and I missed it:

This is highly technical information which is very relevant, IMO. It may be boring and dry for some of us (myself not included) but it is important for the jury to hear all this.

Some of these searches are stored in the memory because they were book marked!

I'm seeing a lot of talk on Twitter about people saying they believe Casey was looking up these terms bc she wanted to harm her parents. What do you guys think?by Jessica Steck/WESH.com at 2:16 PM

I say sure she wanted to harm her parents AFTER she got Caylee out of the way. But Cindy calling 911 kind of took care of that for her.

Hmmm that's what we've said. Well some of us.

Search for neck breaking being discussed.

By our rules of the justice system of reasonable doubt based upon only the evidence and testimony submitted in the courtroom, this case isn't going fabulously well. There may or may not be a guilty verdict, based on what I have seen so far. It's hard to say what will happen next but it's far from a slamdunk.

Ok, you can flame me now.
