IMO

Mountain Kat and Cluciano63, they know next to nothing about the case and tell us how they, as mock jurors, see the evidence.

I *think* she keeps record of all the numbers of evidence. Gets copies to the parties. The court clerk.

She is HHJP's judicial assistant.

I think this is important. He will be able to establish who was using the comp at the time of the searches presented by the previous witness. JB will try to say it could be anyone.

That is exactly what I am hoping, but I am at a loss as to how to PROVE that it was NOT hacked into....it will be difficult to say the least

Apart from standing up to swear witnesses in,what does the lady who sits directly in front of HHJP do? What is her title?

She is the Court Clerk. It is her role to document all exhibits, assign them an official number, accept filings from the lawyers, organize the documents and maintain a true and accurate copy of the proceedings from the stenographer. Often times she/he will find law references to provide to the judge as needed. Just about anything the judge needs she will assist him in obtaining during trial by calling and asking for other employees to provide it to them.
