State is going to show that ICA did these searches by showing ICA logged onto (and posted?) on facebook at the time of this " how to make chloroform " search.
Wow.
Wow.
And, she can't go back on that statement because that will impeach her whole testimony, right? I hope I'm wrong.

She tried to say she was looking up chlorophyll and may have accidentally typed chloroform. This testimony is debunking that. They also had her write out chlorophyll and she spelled it chlorofil.
By our rules of the justice system of reasonable doubt based upon only the evidence and testimony submitted in the courtroom, this case isn't going fabulously well. There may or may not be a guilty verdict, based on what I have seen so far. It's hard to say what will happen next but it's far from a slamdunk.
Ok, you can flame me now.
Hey folks - there were only some of the searches that were auto-generated. Can we move past that please? It is getting old already. The whining about how weak some believe the state's case to be is also getting old. Can we please just discuss the testimony? TIA
...but it has nothing to do with Casey's searching "self defense".But on his resume he states he moved back March 2008. Sound familiar? His lies confuse the facts just as KC's do.
