How on EARTH can JB cross this guy? All I'm thinking is to drag it out to try and confuse witness and/or jury. But that could seriously backfire if the IT-literate on the jury let the others know that JB was deliberately wasting their time. JMO.

IIRC Cindy said in a depo she was looking up chlorophyl and that MAY HAVE been the reason chloroform searches were on there,however,I believe it was established CA was at work during the times of the searches.

She tried to say she was looking up chlorophyll and may have accidentally typed chloroform. This testimony is debunking that. They also had her write out chlorophyll and she spelled it chlorofil.

Ah, but she was a victim of selective amnesia at the time, from the medication.....:crazy: she is cured now.

By our rules of the justice system of reasonable doubt based upon only the evidence and testimony submitted in the courtroom, this case isn't going fabulously well. There may or may not be a guilty verdict, based on what I have seen so far. It's hard to say what will happen next but it's far from a slamdunk.

Not gonna flame you at all. But no doubt in my mind after reading 10,000 pages of discovery and watching this trial, that the State of Florida has a very solid case.
