Jose doesn't seem to understand internet ads or the concept of TABS... I think SA will bring that up now.

Oh my word Grey.. there is so much more tha he doesnt understand. there have been a few witnesses who haave had to "explain" to or correct JB when he was trying to understand something.

Can a computer tech tell if information form a web page was printed off ?

It can tell if a web page was printed, but not what the page showed

Huh? What about the other searches she did on the puter?

That is what I was thinking but I thought maybe I just misunderstood what he was implying. Where on earth would there be an ad for chloroform?

No, JB was trying to insinuate that the add on the chloroform search was only 17 seconds long, therefore whoever looked at the chloroform search only looked at it for 17 seconds.

My point was she was referring to a web browser as a search engine. If DT had a comp expert they could zero in on stuff like that. Even if it's minor, semantics, he has already shown he will go down ridiculous paths in cross.

JB is doing the cross? I'm cringing already. Is the rest of the DT no longer allowed to talk?

JB doesn't want to share the spotlight.

I think he is talking about an "older" version. (I'm not totally sure though.)

Back in 2008 she most likely would have been using Firefox 2.0 (release date of October, 2006). I believe all of these features were available then, as well as tabbed browsing.

It is amazing that the best JB could do was to show the jury that the computer expert could not say what was on the website.. Does it really matter WHAT was on the website when the search was for how to make chloroform? I am pretty sure it wasn't about puppies and kittens.

  • #275
Did she (possibly) look up chloroform and then go to R's myspace again to re-read what was posted there? Or to have both open at the same time?

  • #276
This questioning a witness about just a small part of their testimony then calling them back is driving me crazy.

  • #277
John Bradley, owner of software developing company.

  • #278
John Bradley next!

BAM!!!!

  • #279
EVERYBODY but my client did it. And then Ricardo came home and he and George put Caylee in the drunk. You're going to have to claim SOME responsibility for this scheme to work Casey.

JB has once again stepped into it too deep. Someone was searching for chlorform and then possibly abandoned that search and went to MySpace...hmmm I wonder who that could have been.....my guess, ICA!
