It appears that the computer expert caught Baez trying to skip to the next record he didn't want it known that My Space was accessed. The computer expert caught him jumping to the next named site but using the 7 second time frame from what I could tell. JB said Ohhhhh yes, sorry you are right. ahhhhhhhhhhaaaa

Please be patient about testimony so far given. Each witness can only testify to what they did and what they know. Another witness may come along and testify to what you are waiting to hear on.

What about the search "How To Make Chloroform" For 3 years it's been written, it was a specific search. Are we now learning it was just 10 seconds on the word "Chloroform"?

IMO That's why it's important to wait for trial before you cement your opinion on guilt/innocence. We don't know the whole truth or know all the true facts until the trial.

I understood that there were multiple searches on chloroform, spelled correctly and also spelled incorrectly (chloraform), as well as all the other searches (shovel, neck-breaking, how to create weapons from household items, etc)...how could they be ads? I've never personally seen ADS for these things :giggle:

I thought he meant a pop-up ad came on the screen at some point after the search?

Kind of OT, but I was just thinking the other day, if anything nefarious happened that I was questioned about and my computer was taken and searched I would probably get implicated based on stuff that I have searched on the internet. LOL Especially since joining this site. Does that make anyone else nervous??

The computer stuff just is glaring to me since I'm a geek. Given the searches and computer activity look like a big part of the state's case, WHY did the DT not get a computer expert? They are on their 3rd computer expert on the stand?

My opinion is that the defense thought, after their opening statement, that the State would lay down and forget all about their 3 yr. casework and go along with Jose's to repute it. Sorry Jose, State thought your opening statement was fiction and went ahead. Jose thought he would need a computer expert, and besides...he "knows" how to use a computer. *rolleyes*
