Majority of WS'er are convinced of ICA's guilt and think we are frustrated waiting for the 'gotcha moment' for the jury. Long time coming with foundation and witnesses jumping off and on the stand.

Waiting and waiting and getting impatient in the build up of the State's case. JMO

Jurors are you hearing this? Pls wake up and pay attention..this info is extremely important... :twocents:

Bwhahahahahaha!!! Cache Back. That's terrible. Thank you. I am in school and finishing up some classes now, so I haven't slept but about, literally 3 hours in the last two, almost three full days. But what makes that so much worse is that I am working on 3 degrees all at the same time right now: Associates in Paralegal Services (To pay my way through the rest of school) and a BA in Criminal Justice/Forensics and a BA in Information Technology/Web development (Yikes! My instructors would be questioning my 3.945 GPA after that slip.) I need sleep---but I would really like to see those reports. ;)

ETA: I haven't finished enough of my IT classes yet to feel comfortable speaking on what is being said, but I believe that I am following along well. However, I also know what I have learned and didn't know anything about before these classes and I am a little worried with this guy, that the people on the jury might not be following as well as I am.

No way - it wasn't meant to be mean!!!! Please don't take it that way! I totally understand I do it all the time! Don't down yourself you sound very SMART!

:)

If I were her and these were totally innocent searches (say from following something here) I would be unable to restrain myself. She looks like....nothin

Usually, the state has graphs, posters to explain what the forensic testimony is (in easy to understand terms). I don't understand why there is none. For instance, a poster showing the times of Casey's searches, what she searched, what she searched before and after, etc.. Maybe this will be brought in later, but I thought it was usually presented with the experts testimony.

These times are priceless and lessen the likelihood that GA had anything to do with the searches.

witness believes they are auto created links from google that are selected

Lady jurors are fussing with their hair or sweaters. Juror 3 is looking at monitor and taking notes. #CaseyAnthony -fellby cfnews13casey via twitter at 1:52 PM

(juror 3 is 30 something nursing student, right? she may understand all this better than some?)

Are these links within the article "Chloroform"?

Absolutely fascinating stuff. I've just started studying computer forensics and haven't gotten into anything about rebuilding the cache yet. Makes me want to hurry up now.

One explanation would be that the highly qualified attorneys who researched specific witnesses and formulated questions and know the inside and out of the report and what the witnesses might say are feeling that it is not a good idea for someone to do a Cyrano De Bergerac cross( my little way of saying that the cross-examiner has read the reports and knows the questions to ask but is uninformed about the overall picture ).

I just don't think anyone likes to spend hours of work, to know they are the best person to cross based on both experience and their research, and to have someone else do the cross.

Maybe this is way off base. It is my opinion that this is causing discord among the attorneys. It is my opinion that it is a possibility that certain attorneys are saying FINE> You want to do it, go ahead. Just don't expect me to continue to whisper in your ear.
ITA and also, they are either pro bono or getting JAC rates.Waste of their billing hours and reputation. JMO

Dang, the meds I'm on are starting to make my hair fall out .It's all over my keyboard : (

The jurors need to stiffen their spines. It really infuriates me that they might be "bored"....

how can they tie all of this directly to ICA...I know we all believe it was her doing the search but what other circumstantial evidence will be able to drive home the point that it was indeed her doing these searches???

Just another piece of evidence...however, will some jurors still have reasonable doubt that it was her?
