IMO she was trying to figure out how to hurt someone that would result in death but would produce no externally visible injuries. So an accidental death would be reasonable.

This is what I think too.

hand to hand combat - was clicked on.

Was she going to kill someone else?

Remember she ICA was getting the Hopespring home where were GA and CA going?

And we are back!!

And it's important to note that the witness testified that these WERE NOT searches, but auto generated links that came from the initial searches on chloroform. You click on one, and then more are generated that are "like" the one you just clicked on. So chloroform will link to suffocation/inhalation, that link will link to something else, and so on and so on.

Since a lot of these were auto generated I don't' think this is the slam dunk many were expecting.

Good point. Although it's still damaging, it's not as powerful as if she had manually typed all these terms.

KC had to be told to put down the papers while the jury came in.

Not all of them. He testified that someone physically typed in searches for "chloroform", "alcohol", and "inhalation".

I really believe he's talking about the ADS and TRACKING DEVICES as being auto-generated. User activity vs. auto generated.

So did she click on any of these auto-generated links?

facebook user activity through bookmark - acessed 8 times thru 16

What does it say??? Are we supposed to read the document?

  • #632
More "auto generated add tracking urls to the history".
Then a Facebook url accessed by hyperlink perhaps saved as a bookmark. User activity, not autogenerated. Visited 8 times.
Autogenerated item, can't explain what it is but can see words; "view" and "MSN".

I hope LDB was given feedback from her team that she needs to make this clearer, more understndable and to tie it all together for us.

  • #634
BOOKMARKED that, she did!

  • #635
Wonder if/when it will begin to dawn on the DT (if it hasn't already) the true nature of what it is they are attempting to defend <shivers>

Remember, the jury gets to look over all this in deliberations, and there are three (?) IT guys to the jury. I think they will ultimately understand perfectly.

Not all of them. He testified that someone physically typed in searches for "chloroform", "alcohol", and "inhalation".

nor many of the others "death" "neck breaking" "internal injuries" et al.

  • #639
I really wish we could see what he's referring to when he's pointing and saying, "This generated this.. this generated that..." etc. It's frustrating not being able to see what he's talking about.

I agree. I was not trying to be argumentative with anyone earlier, but I think the way this is being presented (manual, autogenerated, etc.) is not being clarified enough in terms of what the SA is trying to accomplish.
