Hopefully, LDB will put all of this together (I am sure she will), but it would be helpful if the expert, while testifying, used some graphs, demonstrations to make it easier for the jury to understand. His demonstrations would likely be entered into evidence, while LDB's closing graphics would not (as closings are not evidence). I believe I understand this correctly.

My DH was taught to always have graphics, posters when testifying to help the jury understand the computer forensics material. I have also seen it done in numerous other trials. Sorry, if I'm beating a dead horse.

Actually I believe there were computer searches sometime between March and May of 2008 found on the desktop under the "Owner" log-in.

The jurors have access to this report and have to understand how to read it and that is one of the reasons to go through it so thoroughly. They need to understand how to pull out the background system generated pieces and the actual google searches (hopefully at least one person will be getting that)
