I appologise for being snarky, I will stay on topic and not feed the trolls. I am slightly bent out of shape and overly emotional today due to a few issues closer to home.

Back on topic.

Jb is up. Im not looking forward to hearing his voice. I hope this witness is able to deal with JB.

Is this JB's first cross of the witness?

I hope LDB will be back to repeat more dramatically "HOW TO MAKE CHLOROFORM".

A bug in the software according to JB. That's known as the "she searched for chloroform" bug.

JB is going to speak in circles in order to confuse the jury and juror.

An aside.....the "bug" was fixed during the work on this case.....am I right?

IIRC This guy did all of this in 10 minutes and he did it for FREE!

Can't read it but there it is.

Kind of like understanding it - ha! Big help!

I am sorry if its getting "old" but maybe its because its not a smoking gun, and most people expected more. If you say someone murdered her daughter and she did it with chloroform, you have to prove it, and its not looking good. I am holding out they have more, because I think this is disastrous. jmo

For starters you need to understand that this is a case based on circumstantial evidence. Any evidence not direct evidence such as an eye witness is circumstantial evidence. 2nd The state is not obligated to prove a cause of death or produce a murder weapon (smoking gun). They only have to prove that A. the victim is dead which they have, and that B. the actions of the accused caused that death. With murder one those actions have to be premeditated. However in Florida they can use Felony Murder. There are many many posts on this here in the forums.

The state is proving it imho with the fact that 1. Chloroform was found and 2. You have these computer searches.

JB...he could not get it to work...

yes - so they brought me in as the expert, the one who created the software and I found out your client searched how to make chloroform....what is your next question

So JB is now insinuating that the software is to blame for these searches. :waitasec:

Apparently there was a bug in the software.

Um, hate to break it to ya JB - Most software has bugs!

Besides the obvious- these searches were done interspersed with Myspace and facebook checks, which her parenst did not use, the SA will introduce that it had to be ICA- they said so and cited cell activity and pings to show this in their opening statements and the SA is NOT the type to make unprovable statements in their OS.

Ok I'll bite, opening statements are not evidence. Has the prosecution put on anyone who put those pings to the Anthony home? Remember her friend Ricardo was putting chloroform on his my space page, so who's to say he wasn't over at her house looking this up?

Besides the key word searches I have no clue what his testimony was, and I can only hope that JB will, as usual, stumble into having this witness clarify his main points himself.

A hero for Caylee! Working extra time to help.

I knew JB would come into money, "hired".

IT guru's speak in facts and line items.....he will not allow JB to derail his answers or confuse facts.

He is specific in his semantics. JB will have a hard time doing this.

JB going after remuneration after client states $$ is of no concern.

I have a question, when anyone has time. :)

Babies and young children have a *soft* bone in the neck area. I can't remember the name of it! :banghead:
Anyway, was this bone recovered from Caylee? Also, this is something important about this bone, in any case of homicide of babies/toddlers.

Thoughts?

Thank you!

hyoid - softer in children than in adults, it is usually broken in strangulation in adults but not always in children.

I *think* caylee's was not broken (if it was found, just cant remember)
