I think that Jose is going to tie self defense to Ricardo's joke chloroform page to suggest that Casey was afraid he would chloroform *her* and she was researching how to defend herself.

Why does JB always sound like he KNOWS something that we dont? or that he understands something no one else does. He always has this tone in his voice like... you sure arent that bright are you.

"did you Look at that page?" Just his tone with the witness is enough to suggest he KNOWS more than the witness about ANY topic. and the witness is stupid for not knowing that.

And he always has these completely irrelavant questions for witnesses that they dont even care about. "Did you LOOK at the page?" - Thats not his job, to over analyze the web sites the someone visited. His job is to FIND the websites that WERE visited.

Same goes for asking the dog handler if it was his "speculation" that there WAS a dead body in the car, or the yard, or the house???! or was it the dog handlers "Speculation" that there WAS no dead body?

ARG! no wonder most of you hit the mute button.

Afternoon all. Long time lurker, first time to post. It is driving me nuts that no one is talking about how the history would look if a person was using multiple tabs. I often have 6 to 10 tabs open with several loading at the same time. This easily explains how there is a new page load within seconds. It does not mean that person closed the previous webpage in that time frame, only a new search or page load occurred.

I doubt Jose knows much about it, but you can bleed to death with a ruptured spleen (hence the search for internal bleeding). Wasn't another search for chest trauma ? Well, severe chest trauma could lead to a ruptured spleen. All speculation on my part.

Seriously, what does it matter how long she was on these pages? Actually you can glean a lot of info from pages in a sort time, like whether that particular page on a subject is going to be useful to. If not you go to the next page and the next and so on.

The point is that she looked up these sinister terms at all.

I don't understand why the length of time between clicks is really that important. I believe we've all done searches for things, had the search come up within 1 second and click on a result, had that come up in 1 second and realize it was not a good result so closed it and began a new search within another second or two. It can't be just me that does this, right? I think the point was the fact that she even thought to search these things to begin with.

Jose keeps asking Bradley if he looked at "that page." And Bradley answers, "no". Of course, he was only doing the forensics on the computer...you can bet that Yuri Melich looked at all the sites and is just waiting out in the hall to tell us all about it! I hate Baez...all he can do is muddy the water, he proves NOTHING!:maddening:

He asks the RIGHT THINGS to the WRONG WITNESSES all the time and then the prosecution brings out a new witness the next day that basically tells the jurors that what JB was claiming yesterday was BS. He was asking Bloise questions that had nothing to do with the man's job, which was collect, not analyze.

Does JB not understand that by going this angle of self defense searches that he is just bolstering the fact that Casey did the searches?

If Baez gets him to agree to the Self defense for women then he will tie it into Casey was trying to defend herself from George who was molesting her...

JB harping on the seconds between visits but she could have been bookmarking stuff to look at later or jotting down urls for later use.

If anything it shows how swiftly she went through went through things, like the way she thinks up stories and adds to them, rather quickly I think.

I think what you bring up is very important. I think that says something about Casey. I'm not sure what, but I think it is rather important. kind of like other sociopaths.
