2011.06.13. HLN News Coverage - Caylee Anthony

Oh my, JVM has CS Haleigh Cummings ex-attorney KP on her panel tonight:loser:

And Mark Geragos saying the prosecution presented it's case backwards. Yeah, I'm sure the State is worried about what this :loser:'s opinion is. He didn't even bother to show up for his own client's verdict.

IMO, many of the THs (i.e. JVM, LKB) and the networks they are associated with hope to parlay this case into the cash cow that O.J.'s case WOULD HAVE BEEN had it occurred in this technologically advanced/social networking era. How ridiculous is it to criticize the SA for completing its case in chief in a reasonable amount of time! This has dragged on long enough and it is time for justice to be served...

Like Marcia Clark said, you have to be careful not to drag on and on because the jury will become bored and weary....

These people want to get back home to their family and lives and I certainly can't blame them.....

JVM's unscientific poll says 85% say SA has proven 1st degree Murder
15% say they havent proven it yet

IMHo most of the folks offer very little substantive value to, well, anything. they're like D-list celebeauties - famous for being famous. Nothing behind the curtain...

Ok guys, you have to admit it is a tad humorous that a dude who talked up a storm about his client's innocence and said client is now on death row - Has the balls to give his opinion in this case.

We need a little more Levi Page on HLN, imo. :D

I actually agree with what Kim P. said...SA is better off having these odd ball witnesses (my words) on cross instead of on direct examination.

I agree, the State's cross is going to be a thing of beauty... as will the rebuttal. I think we haven't begun to see the true temper of that defense table. >> this little guys just a lookin' on >>:fence:

Seriously. Has someone called in to ask if they are planning on having any successful defense attorneys weigh in?

I'm going nuts over here trying to figure out why I remember TL's Jeep being in the shop for mechanical work....and then at a diff time KC's car was at some place to get something fixed.
I totally don't even remember KC using TL's Jeep before he left for NY....I KNOW she did NOW...but I'm trying to figure out WHY she had it that day....and we must have figured out what that was all about......just can't put it all together again.

Seriously. And Geragos was all snarky about the state 'attacking her character' first thing. Well DUH. That is pretty much the first step when you have such a rotten, lyin, thievin, cold hearted snake as a defendant. Why wouldn't they want to show the jury what a horrible creature this accused murderer is?
