Do we have any dimensions of the heart sticker on the tape? Meaning do we know the size of the heart sticker that was left on the tape on her mouth?

AZ superimposed the backing and the sticker, IIRC. It is on the heart sticker thread, I think. I will try to find it when we have a break in testimony.

My understanding is that the heart shaped residue was not over the mouth. It was found at the corner or end of one of the pieces of duct tape. I think by the ear or hairline. Is that correct?

I envisioned it to be on the corner of the tape, but maybe that corner was directly over her mouth, as the starting point for that particular piece of tape?

I think it looks really bad and it really bugs me when the prosecution tries to put something over on the defense. Why try to introduce a picture in evidence after the witness leaves the stand!

I believe JB objected to a photo State was gonna introduce but he must have thought it was already introduced and it wasn't. He wanted to question the witness on it and so they had to bring her back. Then, when she came back judge told JB State tried to enter it but he objected. Sooooo, it was finally introduced so JB can question the witness on it. LOL I THINK that's what happened.

It seems like JB wants to lead the witness' down the mythical paths he wants the jury to hear but because of the prosecution's objections and the witness' reluctance to testify to anything they can't be sure of his plans are frequently foiled.

I would really like to see where he is going with some of these witness' because I can't figure out what these objected to questions are about. :waitasec:

Evidently the state wanted to enter into evidence the item that JB was questioning the witness about in a pic - the witness is recalled. Witness opens evidence and testifies she did not find in Anthony home
