BTW, there is no way if that sticker left residue that it just gently floated down and attached itself. The poor kid, whoever he's saying it was, would have had to see the remains and attach the dang sticker themselves. Has anyone in the legal profession here EVER seen such a pathetic attempt at lawyering? Ever?

I've seen unprepared counsel (not any of my colleagues of course) at hearings and a few at trial but I've never seen the level of fumbling from this particular counsel. They routinely ask questions they shouldn't and elicit answers they didn't intend and answers that don't help their client in the least. In a word I don't think any on this counsel has done their homework and it shows.
