GA was the keeper of the duct tape, not Cindy. She could be being honest. I don't think she would purposely throw ICA under the bus and say yep we had the tape and we kept it right next to the laundry hampers if it wasn't true...

I missed part of Cindy's testimony but I do remember she did claim in her 2009 State depo that George told her he placed the tape over the gas can.
George on the other hand denied it , saying it was too sloppy a job.

Cindy imo will where possible wiggle around certain evidence but I note she is still consistent re the BTCISP Tshirt. That puts the T shirt in ICA's exclusive use, probably kept in trunk with the Pooh blanket.

So I am pretty confused here: From what I see from today the heart sticker was attached to "something" meaning its not JUST the sticker... What I see in court, and what I see in the picture is the same thing. What is the problem here?

the problem for JB is that the sticker has fallen down from the backing and he said it doesnt look the same as it did when it was collected.....state is saying that the sticker was loose when found and set on the carboard to photo it

Yes she did. Had never seen it. The point of that being that if it were in the home she would have seen it because she usually did the laundry. Therefore if the shirt was not in the home how did George put it on Caylee when he took her dead body to where ever it is he supposedly stashed her until somehow Kronk got it?

Showing Caylee with the shirt on sitting beside Casey puts Casey together with the last shirt Caylee wore.

Aweee thankyou..but we do know from pictures that Caylee has worn that shirt prior to her death....picture taken at Jesse's or one of KC's other boyfriends....Geesh..IF Cindy never saw it,and follows George would even know of it, thenwhoa..maybe Jesse or whomever else knew about it did it!!
Bottomline..Common denominator to that Shirt is ICA!!!!

How can they ask to see this? They are not suppose to be deliberating yet. They are not suppose to discuss the case with each other until deliberations. Need a lawyer to chime in. TIA

I am NOT a lawyer-but to me-If it was ONE jurors's question I think its ok,but if it was asked as a GROUP..that is diffrent!

Well either way a story was changed wasn't it? Depositions are legally binding. If you lie in them, for whatever your reason, it WILL come back to bite you in the butt. It is not a good thing. Not at all.

The part where the prosecutor impeached her with her own depo. Also there was a post listing exactly the lies she put forth...I am too angry and tired to go look for it...it is not too far back if you care for illumination. I have to go take a break. Does 313, the sticker itself, even fit into the backing found in caylee's box? DO we have any testimony or any indication the state thinks that is *the* sticker? I thought all this time that we figured that sticker wasn't probably related.

I'm not getting why the jury wants to know about the cardboard, or why the cardboard is so important. It's got to be something simple that I'm just missing b/c you all seem to get it. What's the significance of on the cardboard, or not on cardboard?

The JURY doesn't know about the cardboard (JB is making a big deal about that). The jury just wants to see the sticker (an exhibit admitted they didn't get to see.

JB says it is a big deal that the evidence (sticker) has been handled so much that it now is not in the same state (attached to teh cardboard) that it was when it was collected and there needs to be a stipulation as to that. HHJP says there needs to be court record as to how the item was found (they are currently looking for the court record to see if there is a court record on how the item was found - attached or unattached to the cardboard).

Also re: the pink shirt, CA in her depo was rather indignant about it, she didn't like the saying on it and didn't approve and certainly never would have bought it for Caylee. It's amazing that she has never seen it and she does the laundry. AWESOME.
