Not tricky, a legit point, imo. If that sticker was still sticky enough to adhere to the cardboard, then it couldn't have left all that adhesive behind on the duct tape, could it?

That might be JB's point BUT I think it actually show ICA and friends put stickers on the pets they buried there not it is the same sticker.. not on the actual pets but the shoe box they buried them in.IE

So I am pretty confused here: From what I see from today the heart sticker was attached to "something" meaning its not JUST the sticker... What I see in court, and what I see in the picture is the same thing. What is the problem here?

I think the sticker was placed on a piece of cardboard for stability but has come loose. I think JB wants it to look like the sticker was on cardboard so couldn't be on the duct tape. JMO.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think city is asking what CA has lied about today during her testimony.

Not to mention, several things posted above are opinions/perceptions.

I dunno, I'm ok with her loving her and telling her so as long as she tells the truth. Nothing wrong with a parent saying I don't like what you did and I'm gonna make sure you are held accountable but I still love you (that's true good parenting imo). My problem has never been that she loves her daughter only that she covered for her, allowed her to lie and steal and didn't hold her accountable.

Of course. Much like LDB is showing CA many pictures of Caylee. JB is trying to tug at CA by reminding her that ICA could be executed.

I don't agree with CA lying or changing her story yet again.

But I do feel horrible that she has to feel the tug between her daughter and her granddaughter. I don't envy her, not one bit.

The JURY doesn't know about the cardboard (JB is making a big deal about that). The jury just wants to see the sticker (an exhibit admitted they didn't get to see.

JB says it is a big deal that the evidence (sticker) has been handled so much that it now is not in the same state (attached to teh cardboard) that it was when it was collected and there needs to be a stipulation as to that. HHJP says there needs to be court record as to how the item was found (they are currently looking for the court record to see if there is a court record on how the item was found - attached or unattached to the cardboard).

I'm sorry but I just don't see any of this as deliberate lying. I think she either truly believed Casey was being framed or she had a serious case of denial. She was scared. Spoke emotionally.

Its hugely important....if CA never saw it, and it did not exist in the Anthony household where GA resides, then how in the heck could he dispose Caylee in it? He couldnt.

Also, it shows that ICA did have the shirt, with her or at a friends or in the car. OR perhaps she bought the shirt knowing she was going to kill Caylee...remember her claim that "zanny" had clothes for Caylee at her house. So, she bought it, dressed Caylee in it, in preperation for the Nanny story.

Further, CA would not see the shirt if it never existed prior to the time Caylee went missing...why are people having a hard time with this?

My point is: There is a picture of Caylee wearing the exact same shirt in RM's picture taken in January 2008. So saying ICA bought it with the plan to kill her would be moot, as would saying she bought with the money she stole from AH. The timeline does not coincide. I just find it hard to believe that ICA "hid" this particular shirt from the Anthony's for 6 months! All ICA BF's have claimed that none of Caylee's clothes were left their homes......and GA kept ICA car cleaned...........so you tell me where was this shirt hidden for 6 months?

He does it on purpose, to "self-testify" to something he wants the jury to hear that has not been brought up by the State. Taught to him by CM no doubt.

Now a mother who KILLS her child is not acting natural, but a mother who loves her child no matter what, is normal and natural.

Aweee thankyou..but we do know from pictures that Caylee has worn that shirt prior to her death....picture taken at Jesse's or one of KC's other boyfriends....Geesh..IF Cindy never saw it,and follows George would even know of it, thenwhoa..maybe Jesse or whomever else knew about it did it!!
Bottomline..Common denominator to that Shirt is ICA!!!!

Caylee had on the shirt at RM's. He sold the picture after Caylee went missing.
