So it seems Judge Perry is feeling the same lack of truthfulness and frustration of the DT many on Websleuths have expressed. Nice to know our instincts are so good. A must watch for all who have expressed any comment on CM's or JB's behavior in relation to JP.

Just read the sidebar transcript from yesterday you all were talking about. I can't believe I missed that! I think the comment about the Judge not trusting the defense is worrisome to me!

:banghead:OK, I was listening in on WESH while the side bar was going on and what I heard makes me wonder if this is all a ploy for a mistrial?

Did anyone else hear that CM told the judge yesterday that he wanted the judge to tell the jury that the defense did not have to present any kind of defense/testimony/witness? That they were not going to call on anyone nor were they going to present a defense? That they did not have to say anything at all? Then the reporter said that judge Perry told the defense that he did not believe anything from the defense that they are liars!? That they had told him that they did have a defense and now they are lying...:banghead:

Could this cause a mistrial? Casey looks mighty happy. :no:

I know what I heard and my husband heard it to..anyone else hear this and more?

He had a horrible cold during jury selection. I think it sounds like it's turned into bronchitis. It's also allergy season.

Yup I had the same crud, six weeks and I'm still coughing. Never smoked either. Bet he caught it from Ann Finnell (was that her name?) She had a terrible cough / cold during jury selection. I think many of them caught it since then.

I read here this AM HHJP gave CM and DT a good dressing down about if they will rest or put on a defense at all. It was at a sidebar if that helps you find it I would look for a link but my computer is very slow today. I think he is beyond fed up with them.
