CROSS EXAMINATION OF CINDY ANTHONY BY JB:

Caylee was found on Dec. 11, 2008. The police executed a search warrant at her home. She was not home. Went home the next day to get their dogs and finally went back a couple of days later. They were then able to see what the police had done in their absence. The police returned on 12/20 to execute a second search warrant.

At some later point they got a copy of the items taken in the first search warrant.

At the time of the second search warrant, it was a difficult time.

Was there a confrontation?

OBJECTION BY LDB - RELEVANCY? Overruled for now.

Did you tell LE that there was a missing blanket? She did not know when she told them that. She was not aware she told LE that on 12/20 until JB told her that.

Did the first search warrant list a Winnie the pooh blanket?

Ah, there you have it in a nutshell !
She tells the truth about as often as her daughter. When we are in sidebar I could bring up dozens of deliberate lies she has told, to impede the investigation into Caylee's death, so she is capable of very disgusting behavior.
I didn't see her testimony this am but I do know that at her depo with JMorgan she took delight in lying, she contradicted her previous statements frequently.

A lot of the time we know she is lying, or telling the truth because there is so much documented about this case that it's easy (and necessary )to check by cross referencing others information...

During the sidebar, I truly hope the jury is paying attention to the daggers that are being shot from the defense table and all the "defensive" talking that is going on behind those hands.

This lady it going through hell. Her daughter is going down, her granddaughter is dead, her life has become a 3 ring circus (granted partly due to her) and there is nothing she can do about any of it.

CA had finally accepted the reality that Caylee is GONE but she has also accepted the idea that it was an accident and she will not try and help the State put her daughter to death.
No matter what the truth is she is in a difficult place.....and I am glad I am not in her shoes.
Just my thoughts at the moment....we'll know more when JB gets on with his cross.....right?

I hope Baez successfully keeps the heart exhibit away from the jury. That will make them really suspicious. But in reality, I doubt it was connected to this case.

My point is: There is a picture of Caylee wearing the exact same shirt in RM's picture taken in January 2008. So saying ICA bought it with the plan to kill her would be moot, as would saying she bought with the money she stole from AH. The timeline does not coincide. I just find it hard to believe that ICA "hid" this particular shirt from the Anthony's for 6 months! All ICA BF's have claimed that none of Caylee's clothes were left their homes......and GA kept ICA car cleaned...........so you tell me where was this shirt hidden for 6 months?

...supposedly at the nanny's.
