I don't agree with that at all. Some of us don't have perfect memories and some of us have memories that are significantly affected by trauma. I don't trust my short-term memory at all - it is faulty at best. If I thought someone was gunning for me, I'd be very reluctant to commit to an answer specifically because I don't trust my own memory or that person's intentions. Also, those of us who really want to tell the truth are sometimes afraid to state something as fact when we're just not sure how reliable our memory is. JMO.

My comment was particularly aimed at Cindy ... How convenient for her today "not remember" a few things, like the "duct tape" after Dr. G's WONDERFUL TESTIMONY !

CA was CLEARLY sending SIGNALS to the DT during Saturday's testimony ! Her "performance" on the stand today was the "old Cindy" -- not the grieving grandmother we saw a couple of weeks ago ...

Sorry ... I'm not buying what CA has to say ... nor will I buy what GA has to say or LA ...

It is My Opinion that NONE of the A's are credible ... and they have clearly proven that they will NEVER be credible.

I don't believe Cindy is lying. She is walking a fine line because she knows what was said in previous depositions. IMO the Prosecution should have laid this all out for the jury with Cindy, George and Lee. At the beginning of this they were hoping against hope that Caylee was still alive. They were believing Casey's lies because they couldn't bring themselves to consider that their beloved Caylee was dead let alone grasp the possibility that Casey could have killed her own daughter. They've seen and heard a lot of evidence in the past 3 years and have come a long way to get to what they believe today. Saying this to the jury would certainly explain some of their answers now.

I would imagine there are times that Casey's family wonders how many lies they've been told by Casey long before Caylee was even born.

Let's hope SA can weave this into their closing. :great:

IMO they really should have entered CA's and GA's timecards into evidence at the time the computer analyst testified.

I do think she was not all the way potty trained and was wearing Pull-Ups. Potty Training takes time and consistency...2 things ICA was not willing to give her daughter!!
As a mother of 4, I can tell you that all children are different and they don't all potty train at the same time. Including twins. And not all of us who have "late" trainers are lazy and/or inconsistent. :seeya:

Oh HLN it could have been one juror who wanted to see it and sent the note. Also, I don't believe it was ever shown to them. They heard about it, but were never shown what they were listening to testimony about. I'd want to see it too.

I was "telling" them this, too, as I unmuted them during sidebar. Time to mute again...they are just not with it sometimes, IMO!

Camera panned to Geraldo in the front row, wearing a very worried scrunched up face.

The shorts! JB was implying that someone not that familiar with Caylee would have dressed her in shorts that didn't fit.

which I actually think is a great argument and Cindy helped it along by saying she was wearing 3T....I have a son who wears 3T in everything EXCEPT shorts - in those he can still put his behind in 18 months (as long as its the long kind, you'd never know they were such a small size)

We're hearing the tattoo artist is at the courthouse.

It just occured to me that they are going to show that unflattering pic of ICA of her tat. :giggle:

Oh yeah! THAT is going to burn her bottom for sure, LOL!!!!

:floorlaugh: :great: :floorlaugh: :great: :floorlaugh: :great: :floorlaugh:

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Why did they ask Cindy about the duct tape anyway?

About Casey removing that duct tape out of the house, George might have been using it.

Isn't it hearsay if she hasn't been there to see these things? And if she was there she had just as much access to the duct tape as George and Casey.

I was hoping the state would rest with something big, Dr. G's testimony was powerful, wish they could have saved it for the very end

I respectfully disagree, the adhesive could have been reactivated by becoming wet and floated free coming to rest on the cardboard, wet cardboard would be a place for the heart to settle allowing the adhesive and board to combine when the board dries.

Paper or cardboard packages, if wet, have an annoying ability to stick to counter tops leaving residue and sometimes even the dyes stuck to the surface. I don't doubt this could happen if sitting on the board for long enough.

It's a legitimate point for her defense attorney to argue, is what I meant. If it was collected attached to something, and is not now attached to that object, the jury should be advised of that, imo.

But yes, I see your point about what might cause the sticker to adhere to something else.

I think JB will try to spin that the beautiful life tattoo will symbolize Caylee so that Casey could always remember her "beautiful life".

sizing means nothing - Cindy testified earlier that Caylee was chubbier at 18 months. Kids lose their puppy fat around their bellies

ITA 24 mos sz can be worn while child is in 2T or 3T. 24 mos sizes takes in to account for diaper, while lots of T clothes do not & may even be 'slimmer' in the shorts. Never understood this with children's clothes mfg's. Hoping mothers on jury aware of these antics.

If you're asked a question today, you answer with the truth. If you're asked the same question three years from today, you answer with the truth. No problem because you answer the same question with the same truth.

Jusr a sayen, if I were a juror, all the sidebars would make me wonder what is it I don't get to know... So many of em...

During the sidebar I kept my eyes open w/o blinking for as long as KC did several times after noticing she could stare for a long time. My eyes watered and I could barely do it.

Wow. Am I the only one who finds it interesting that CA & GA's employment records are coming in with no testimony about it? Are they hoping that the jury will use it in deliberations?
If anyone tries to testify George was at home when he was logged in at work they can use them as evidence since they are in evidence now.
