Today should be interesting but, for me, tomorrow is the big one. It is possible - not probable though - that the Defense could say they are not putting on a case. It is their right and I keep hearing legal opinions that it would have worked well if JB had not thrown all the crazy things into his OS.

So, either they say they are not putting on any witness - which would mean there is no rebuttal and the case goes to the jury and she is found guilty; or

They do put on a case and it is a circus and the trial goes on and on and she is found guilty.

So - why are they having a closed door meeting?

there was some talk on Maypie's twitter that people around the court are talking about the changes in CM and who are very concerned about the changes in personality that they are seeing.

Several times during this trial I've asked if something is wrong with him. I wasn't be snarky at all. He seems...off.

DT said yesterday that their first witnesses were from out of state and their travel plans could not be changed. Odd, because many were thinking their first witnesses would be the A's.

I missed the part about traveling from out of state. I would have thought it would be an A also.

Maybe some thing is going on, I ws thinking early Alzheimers and he is unaware, since his performance has been confusingly sub-par compared to his "stellar reputation'. Forgetful, poor grasp of the factual record.
He gets very aggressive very quickly, which is kind of typical...
