I miss the last hour.I was on the phone with my lawyer and then ex husband.UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand JA(his getting upset today). I have those emotions too. I am emotional like that...it is human to me. But, I know he is not supposed ta...but I appreciate it and I think the jury could understand...a bit...

I am sure it has been stated, but I cannot get over what a happy persona ICA has displayed today. I am not ICA, but I still get sad on the anniversary of my favorite pet dying three years ago.. I have given up trying to understand her..

Oh me too, it's pointless. ICA got rid of Caylee and she thinks she's getting out of jail and getting away with murder - what's she got to be sad about? lol

Oh man am I ever just broken up that I have to miss the rest of the week in order to attend a retreat with dynamic, exciting, brilliant people I work with. I am going to miss all the excitement! How ever will I cope? I'm hanging on the edge of my seat to find out what JB might stun me with next.

Wow. It sounds like there should be a restraining order. How is showing up with a camera crew helping anyone besides his ego. No matter what you think of the Anthony's they do have the right to not have be harrased by a pissed off bounty hunter with an axe to grind on their front lawn.

What exactly will his team of investigators DO? I understand he bailed Casey out in July of 08 believing her story about Zanny, he took the money back(?) and broke with the Anthony's in September saying they all were lying to him and not cooperating. So, axe to grind.

I really hope that JB starts to bring it soon. I do believe that ICA is guily but with the OS that JB gave he has got to do something or I don't even feel that ICA is getting a chance at all. He has done nothing to defend her IMO. If this is all he was gonna be able to produce why all the razzle dazzle in his OS. He has to do SOMETHING!

If it were not for the fact that I like their trial feed I would not even tune in just because of his post trial analysis! Is he even hearing all the evidence presented???????

IMO borrowing the shovel blows a hole in the DT opening statement. What was her reason for borrowing it?

Regarding Judge OE, I actually sent him an email a few weeks back because I needed to correct him on a pretty significant fact! Still can't believe I did that. I'm sticking with Bill Shaeffer.

I think Judge Perry was giving the jurors a break.

They have listened to boring, mind numbing testimony all day.

People were kicked out for sleeping.

Judge Perry has expressed concern for the jury and their comfort since jury selection.

Letting the jury go a bit early was merciful. That IS a good reason. :twocents:

I'm thinking one of more of the jurors was nodding off at the end. Merciful and smart, (before JB can pull out his 2nd mistrial motion this week)

I am sorry. I want to see Casey hang but I think the defense did a darn good job in putting down evidence in the States case. I hope they can rehabilitate themselves. I hope none of you think this is a slam dunk for the State or you may be shocked and unhappy at the end. I pray that Caylee gets justice! I hate to see this <modsnip> get away with this.
