Oooohhh, noooo you don't. You are stuck for duration.

P.S. Thanks for info about NE nuclear emergeny, DD her hubby and 2 babies live in NE, sent a fast email from work hoping all is okay.

And thank BOTH for this info. I didn't know - just sent info to my cousin in Lincoln.

What did he say or can you post me a link?

Oh, just what everyone else has said. About how the Defense scored huge points today, blah blah blah. I completely disagree, and every time I hear him talk I think his cheese has slid off his cracker.

Not only that but how in the world could she drive by there going to her parents house or to Amscot after she put her body in the woods...or do we know for sure if she ever drove back by there due to the pings?

She was back at her parents house for sure. Remember the gas can incident with GA? That was after Caylee was gone.

As far as having to get to her parents house from Suburban she didn't have to go that way. She could have gone in on the street before it. It is either Hopespring Drive or turns into it from the culdesac area. It is kinda like a U shape with the A's house in curve part and Suburban Drive is the part on the right. I would imagine she would not on purpose go that way, or maybe she would to just look down that way at the stop sign and see there were no people down that way. I think when she was out on bail and she was being driven she was taken out that way from on the news. She really couldn't be saying don't take me this way, I get creeped out because Caylee is right over there. JMO

Time for...

THAT'S THE TICKET! My fav.....

So, Casey came around here, and went back and then George said...and then Casey cried and cried and cried(although hours later a Blockbuster and for 31 days and 3 years she has not been able to cry because George molested her)and then borrowed the shovel...why?

If George was at the house, why not ask George for a shovel?

Good point but I thought she borrowed the shovel on the 17th or 18th, not the 16th. But still - if George was part of this cover up, she wouldn't have had to borrow a shovel from the neighbor period.

Was the Gatorade bottle with syringe entered into evidence? Did I miss it? TIA

Not evidence to either side so it was not introduced.

I am sorry. I want to see Casey hang but I think the defense did a darn good job in putting down evidence in the States case. I hope they can rehabilitate themselves. I hope none of you think this is a slam dunk for the State or you may be shocked and unhappy at the end. I pray that Caylee gets justice! I hate to see this witch get away with this.

I don't think this is a slam dunk case but from an attorney perspective, I don't think the DT did anything significant. The state is still on top and has no need of rehabilitation, IMO.

Exactly! IMO she acted alone and is totally responsible, otherwise she would not have showed her face in that neighborhood again.

I respect your opinion, but I completely disagree.

I think Baez was terrible today and KC deserves better. CM would do a much better job. Like yesterday I thought CM did well. Baez made no inroads today and JA demolished Baez's first two hours in the space of 5 minutes. I want KC found guilty, but I want her defense to be worthy of the many hours her lawyer has put his face on TV and rode to fame via his client.

:deadhorse::deadhorse::deadhorse::deadhorse::deadhorse:
This is all I got out of the first day of defense.

This is so sad to think about, you guys, but it's just past 4:30 EST. Three years ago today, almost to the minute, ICA's phone activity stopped for those two ominous hours.

:grouphug: for Caylee.

:(

ynotdivein I will be praying that our sweet, precious Caylee did not suffer on this day three years ago. :(:(:( It breaks my heart and gives me goosebumps to even think of those "two ominous hours".

1-2-3 drink! :woohoo:

party_tequila_shots.jpeg

Oh man...I keep putting my leg over to the right and the room is spinning. I can't drink and drive my way to the toilet. I can however completely understand the defense team strategy in this state. SCREWED!
UGH!!!!!

Those Floridian courts treat themselves like queens (or kings). Hey hardly work a 4 hour day but get full time wages at the expense of other poor people that have given up 2 months of their lives for their system. I would be up in arms if I lived in Florida. They should be lucky to get 1 hour for lunch. Who gets 90 minute lunches but State and Public workers?? No wonder the states are all broke.

True, but to be fair, I KNOW that HHJP and I bet the State bust their butts at nights and on weekends working on their cases.

I'll go by what Bill S. stated after court ended. He thought today was fairly uneventful. Not what you'd expect if you were starting your CIC (if you were the defense), especially, IMO, after a powerful presentation of evidence by the State. The jury wants to hear him prove his OS. I don't see where he is winning anything. The State admitted to the lab person's dna being on the tape. That was most of the day. IIRC, the State didn't make much of a reference to the puffy heart. Jose called more attention to it than was necessary.

So sad. Even though ICA was no different in her snotty demeanor, I'm sure it is another horrible day for Cindy and George.

except for juror #4 (no judgement lady that we were all worried about) that took the most notes ever today per tweets from the courtroom...

oh holy night... I am so concerned about a hung jury just re looking at the jury makeup...

I am especially concerned about #4-#1319, and #5-#1429
