You know on this very said 3 year anniversary of Caylee's demise I just realized something. For the past three years I've been hoping the way the events unfolded on the day Caylee was murdered was that Caylee was knocked out with the chloroform before having the tape applied. But now thinking logically and this kills me is that if she was knocked out ICA could have just put a pillow over her or put something over her mouth and nose. The only logical conclusion is that Caylee was awake when ICA placed that tape across her nose and mouth. What a completely horrible way to die.

No...what if she was knocked out, taped, and then woke up in a bag. Dear God.

oh holy night... I am so concerned about a hung jury just re looking at the jury makeup...

I am especially concerned about #4-#1319, and #5-#1429

I said the same thing today and then I realized that 99% of the comments regarding #4 always come from Jean C. She has been a HUGE drama queen about #4 and we all know how Jean lies and tells a different story on whichever show she's on. I also remember how we heard that #4 took a lot of notes while watching all of Caseys videos. That is good for the State so I'm not going to worry about her anymore. I need to keep my sanity. LOL!

and that is why we are all here... It gives me goosebumps too. I hope that all this bloviating testimony does not take away from how this little girl suffered and died. She was murdered.

I very much agree. There's just no way this baby could've been murdered without any sort of suffering. And now she's still suffering looking down upon this.

This is so sad to think about, you guys, but it's just past 4:30 EST. Three years ago today, almost to the minute, ICA's phone activity stopped for those two ominous hours.

Was an fbi witness asked today who she performed a paternity test on? I'm confused about what kind of tests they were performing. If she did perform paternity tests who did she perform them on?

The duct tape has never made sense to me, which makes it that much more evil. A small baby like that would be easy to subdue and smother - ugh, I can't believe I just typed that - but you understand what I'm saying. You're right - a pillow would have been enough. But if Casey did it while Caylee was awake and aware, Caylee would have fought back by nature right? Casey would have had scratches on her hands from Caylee trying to get them off her face. Which makes me feel the 4th piece of tape found was for her wrists.

So, Casey came around here, and went back and then George said...and then Casey cried and cried and cried(although hours later a Blockbuster and for 31 days and 3 years she has not been able to cry because George molested her)and then borrowed the shovel...why?

If George was at the house, why not ask George for a shovel?

Her daughter is recently dead and Casey, who didn't contribute much in the way of yard work before, decides to take care of the pesky bamboo root problem for mom and dad. Sure Jose, go with that and see if that flies with the jury.

And yet, there was NO blood evidence in TonE's jeep??? How do you explain that??? Even a non-chemist like myself sees gigantic problems with the state's story!

I actually DO believe she was knocked out first(maybe it's denial on my part) My son, even at that young age, was able to remove tape,bandaids and anything else that would cause him an issue. I remember a Halloween mask that covered his face(he was 2 then) at the store bothering him...he didn't like feeling the "hot air" in it.He fought that off. Caylee was a very bright child. I do believe she could have removed the tape. There were no marks showing Caylee's hands being restrained so natural instinct would have been to fight for air UNLESS ICA was standing there watching as she slowly slipped away(that thought frightens me more than anything!) I truly believe to keep her from putting up a fight or to have to face what she was doing, ICA knocked her out and then proceeded to cover her with the tape. JMHO FWIW

I don't want to think about HOW Caylee's life was ended, I'd like to think more about how she was while she was alive.
