Ok, I'm now confused. :waitasec:
I left for a couple hours to take grandaughter to play park. When I return husband fills me in on where we are and says this is a DEFENSE witness! Really? Seriously? What was the problem with Baez getting the testimony he wanted from his own witness? Are his witnesses getting smart to the idea that maybe they were not informed of all the information they needed to make completely informed opinions?
WOW!!! We know where this guys interests lie. He grinned and couldn't understand anything Baez asked, but he seems to know exactly how to answer JA. I hope JB brings up when the last time he spoke to the State.
Seriously, Baez is the biggest modsnip I have ever had the misfortune of listening to.
Hi everyone. I never post but have followed this case since the beginning 3 years ago. I am now coming out of lurkdom to post because there is something that is worrying me regarding the jury. I know that it has been stated over and over that the jurors will use their common sense and intelligence when evaluating all the evidence presented here. But what if a lot of this stuff just goes over their heads? We know that JA and LDB routinely shoot down the testimony presented by the defense but I wonder if the jury knows that. For example, when LDB cross examined Yuri, she asked if ICA was out on bail between the searches. We all knew what she was driving at. But what about the jury? My fear is that the nuances of the case may get overlooked. Does that make sense?
Dr. Vass isn't a Chemist.
I am completely confused.. AS PER USUAL WITH THIS CASE.
JB is treating HIS witness like an idiot...you would think he would make an effort to be nice to the guy.
ETA Just realized he is a state witness for re-direct.. rubuttal <--- lol

Lots of law students attend court for the #CaseyAnthony trial. The defense is using some law students from Florida A&M as unpaid interns.
